Une quarantaine de jours passés à Rome, J'y étais pour des raisons pro; j'avais donc besoin d'un endroit calme pour me reposer. La chambre est idéale pour ça. Paloma m'a très bien accueilli, elle m'a été d'un précieux service en s'occupant toutes les semaines de mon linge. Paloma est adorable, elle a de précieux conseil sur sa magnifique ville. La chambre est à proximité de tout ce qui peut se visiter à Rome. Tout peut se faire à pied. La chambre est très confortable, et très propre. J'espère revenir à Rome cet automne: je n'hésiterai pas à recontacter Paloma.

La habitación es grande y bonita, dispone de todas las comodidades necesarias y está muy limpia. La anfitriona es fantástica, super atenta a las necesidades de los clientes y muy disponible para cualquier duda o ayuda. La ubicación es muy buena. Un barrio muy tranquilo y seguro, a dos minutos andando de San Pedro.

On the day of our arrival there was no electricity in part of the facilities, including the toilet and air conditioning (the most essential thing when you travel from another country and during a heat wave) and they did not solve the problem even at night. The room cleaning service happened without calling and without us having received information about when they were going to perform the service. When there were two days left until the end of the stay, the toilet stopped working, on this occasion I think it had nothing to do with the electricity, but it had no water, and when I poured water with a bucket to try to fix it, it kept coming out more; was stuck. I immediately informed the staff, and they told me that since it was Sunday, it was impossible to repair it, that we would have to wait until Monday. I requested a room change, they told me that it is impossible because everything is full, but at the same time, by chance, another accommodation that is supposedly 300 m away becomes free, I accept it without hesitation since the inconvenience of not being able to use the toilet without a solution estimate they are obvious... The new accommodation was 900 m away, it was much more uncomfortable, it was smaller, and the bed was more uncomfortable; but overall... We only had two days left. On Monday they told me that the jam was due to a sanitary wipe, it is clear that we have not thrown it away (it is the first time we have had a problem with an accommodation), but it has happened to the hotel on previous occasions... He tells me that the repair cost a lot, to which I reply that I'm sorry but that it wasn't us, since we didn't even have pads in our luggage. We spend another night in Rome, we leave the hotel at 3pm, and I do not receive any further communication. Well now, already in Spain for days, what is my surprise when they claim €275 for the damage? And without attaching an invoice or anything!! Being that they themselves recognize that they do not know who it could have been and what has happened to them before.

I live in Monteverde and I wanted a free evening all to myself, I left very happy. The room with a very comfortable mattress was much appreciated. Neighborhood with many shops. Friendly and very helpful manager. I will definitely be back soon!

Located in a very lively neighborhood of Rome, full of clubs and shops, the strong point of the structure is undoubtedly its location: in 5 minutes on foot you can reach Piazza San Pietro or Castel Sant'Angelo. We stayed in the "King Deluxe" room: very nice, right spaces, wi-fi working perfectly. We only suggest adding a few more furnishings to place luggage or clothes more comfortably. The cleaning of some things could be improved but still more than sufficient. For breakfast you can go down to the bar-restaurant just below the building. Erika, the manager, was exquisite and always extremely available (at any time). Ultimately, really good value for money. P.s. Remote check-in service is cool, you dial the phone (or intercom) and they open the door for you to leave your luggage.

We took a short trip to Rome to visit the Vatican and Rome. The location of the room was ideal for this. The Vatican was about 300m away and Rome city center was only 1.5km. Directly in front of the hotel there was a small, well-frequented bar that provided for your physical well-being. The room was immaculate. The bathroom and room were in a classic style, but modern. There was nothing missing. We had a self-check in and check out, which worked very easily and perfectly within 2 minutes. We also received information about sights and train connections directly and without being asked. The young, very friendly lady Paloma was responsible for our room, and I would like to thank her again for everything. I would recommend St. Peter Suites without hesitation.
