Very close to Rome city centre! Super clean ! Only downside is the nights/mornings can get a bit loud but otherwise there is nothing to fault in the room itself !

They sent me to other terrible hotel with the same name, and told me that, that was it!

This was the most horrible experience i ever had . For everyone how are interested in booking this hotel , please read my review first before confirm your booking to this hotel… i have booked this hotel and paid in advance via a credit card a month before my travel. After I arrived there, I was shocked that all the rooms were sold out and there was no room for me. At first they took the tax amount from me and then they told me that there were no rooms. Then they sent me to a another hotel, and I stayed there for three days. It was Hotel disgusting hotel , the electricity was’nt working and there was no place to charge the phone. The bathroom is constantly leaking water , and the noises are very annoying. The hotel’s elevator was very old and you could not use it, so I had to use the stairs more than once. It was a bad experience and I do not advise anyone to book the hotel because they will take your money and then tell you there are no rooms when you arrive and sending you to another hotel.

The hotel was very clean. We were able to communicate with the hotel through *******. We arrived late, but check in was easy. It was conveniently located, we didn’t have any issues during our stay.

Unfortunately, it was not the stay we hoped for. We were supposed to sleep there for three nights, but for the first two nights we were placed on a hard and painful sofa bed in a living room. This was far from what we had booked, and it wasn't a hotel room either. Tiny room and no window at all. The staff also didn't speak English so it was impossible for us to explain our dissatisfaction. We avoided paying tourist tax of €42, but it was nowhere near the compensation we should have received. Otherwise a clean hotel, and very central. But it doesn't help when they overbook and instead charge full price to place guests on a sofa.
