I was traveling with my two children and booked a room for three people. The description when booking was for a two-room apartment. When we arrived, we discovered that there were 5 rooms and 2 bathrooms on this floor. The hotel (not considered a hotel) gave us two rooms and one bathroom, but the bathroom was not in the room. We have to go through public areas and other people's rooms to go to the bathroom. We have to bring our own clothes to take a shower, and then take the clothes back to our room. We have to lock the door when we come in and out. We need a password to go to the bathroom and a password to go back to the room. I took my two children on a trip, and they couldn't go to the toilet on their own at night. I was scared to go there by myself because I had to pass through a public area, there were no cameras, and the gate on the first floor was open, and there was zero security. Although the bathroom was only used by our family, it was really inconvenient and worse than a dormitory. I stayed there for one night and decided not to stay there. After negotiating with Ctrip, the agent said that the hotel would not refund the money. When booking, the page did not describe this situation! ! It's really scary. We won't stay here without a refund. The only advantage is that the location is close to the shopping street, which is convenient for shopping, but there is no security in the accommodation. Also be careful and safe after shopping.

Excelente ubicación. A 5 min caminado a la fuente de Trevi. Falta que este alguien en recepción permanentemente y hable bien inglés porque la mayoría solo habla italiano. Solo una chica hablaba español. La comunicación es más por WhatsApp

Camere nuove e pulite. Bagno con doccia , purtroppo cieco. Letti e arredamenti nuovi. Staff gentile e disponibile. Unico neo si sente un po' il rumore esterno dalle finestre, niente di drammatico ma si potrebbero sostituire con dell nuove insonorizzate. Posizione centrale vicino alla stazione della metro.
