Posizione ottima, a 5 min dalla metro Castro Petrorio e a 10min a piedi da Termini.
Zona residenziale molto tranquilla.
Materasso molto comodo.
Colazione nel bar sotto molto buona.
Ottima soluzione per una notte e per viaggi di vacanza in cui si esce al mattino e si rientra la sera per dormire.

테르미니역에서 아주 가깝지는 않았지만, 이동하는데 불편한 정도는 아니였어요. 숙소는 넓고 깨끗했습니다. 다만 에어컨이 켜나 안켜나 효과가 없습니다.

First time in Rome and i will surely come back. At first i had a difficult time of locating the hotel its a building with 3 different inn but different owners i guessit is quite an old vibe hotel ,you know that thing in the movie like a tiny elevator with a metal door,anyway place is near rome termini only walking distance .and the place is quiet and safe as well .there are filipino restaurant as well . Laundry is just around the corner .I had the nicest balcony and the bedroom is quite homey vibe .the toilet is small but good for 1-2 person . The water pressure is good as well and so is the water heater .Overall enjoyed my stay , oops wifi is good as well

L’unico aspetto positivo di questo hotel è la vicinanza a Termini e a via XX settembre. Per il resto l’hotel è ricavato in un vecchio condominio, stanza polverosa e con arredamento fatiscente, bagno piccolo e poco pulito. E soprattutto non vale 130 euro per notte. Per la colazione non andate al bar che vi consigliano perché è pessimo.

Oltre ad apprezzare la location, ben collegata alla Stazione Termini, via Nazionale e al centro città, mi ha particolarmente colpito il quartiere, gremito di locali e ristorantini e di un piacevole movimento di turisti. Lo stesso edificio, pur nella sua semplicità, ha un’aria tipicamente romana, ci si sente subito in vacanza. L’hotel, ricavato da un appartamento, è sobrio, senza grandi pretese, le camere discretamente pulite, forse un po’ anguste negli spazi, come il bagno, che dovrebbe essere più confortevole. Per il prezzo pagato non si può chiedere di meglio. Lo consiglio e se dovessi tornare a Roma ci ritornerei

easy to find on a street away from most noise, friendly staff, good location and clean, functional rooms, everything you could ask for in a short stay in Rome, would heartily recommend this establishment.

Hotel piccolo e modesto. Camera spaziosa ben pulita e fornita di tutto il necessario. Personale disponibile e gentile. Abbiamo soggiornato un paio di notti quindi perfetto. Posizione ad un passo dalla stazione Termini e quindi comoda per raggiungere il centro in poco tempo.

Hotel semplice senza molte esigenze, le camere non sono grandi ma hanno l'indispensabile e in più è vicino alla Stazione Termini e quindi alla metro. Posizione pratica per muoversi a Roma con mezzi pubblici.

Отличное расположение, с администраторами можно договориться о позднем заезде после 12. Каждое утро уборка в номере. Спасло, что есть кондиционер. Для пары ночей - отличный вариант. Много ресторанов рядом. Рекомендую идти в Famiglia и Rebasilico ❤️ Напор воды очень мощный, есть тв, вайфай.
