Very nice for a short stay! We stayed 4 nights in the charming little hotel and we liked it at first sight, especially the old elevator. The location is excellent, it is a 3-minute walk to Termini station and the sights (Colosseum, Trevi fountain, etc.) are also within walking distance. There are many restaurants and supermarkets in the area and the tourist buses are also close by.
The negatives were the noise (which is to be expected in big cities), the bed was unfortunately very uncomfortable and the air conditioning and TV did not seem to work, as well as the lady at the breakfast buffet who cleared away the already sp**** breakfast 10 minutes early and only brought the rest of the sweet pastries back after repeated reminders.
All in all, the hotel is definitely recommended for a short trip, the price-performance ratio is good.

I just like the location
The room I booked was very old.
The soundproofing is not good.
I can hear laughter from the room next door, chatting outside, and cars driving around.
I can even hear the tram passing by.
The shower booth is too narrow...and the water pressure is weak...
There were bugs in the morning. I caught two.

The location of the hotel is very good, it only takes about 2 minutes to walk from the train station to the hotel, and there are also different means of transportation such as buses, subways, trams, etc., which is convenient for us to go to famous attractions in Rome. Unfortunately, The toilet in the room is not very clean, we saw cockroaches in the toilet for two consecutive days.

The receptionist was unpolite sarcastic. The room was so cheap dirty and the matress so hard that you feel the iron springs on your nack. Pillow yellowish dirty same matress and cover underneath. The fine duat fluff on the duvet is incredible. The toilet flush is like spilling water from a cup! NO surveillance camera in THE HALLWAY. I didnt felt safe. They have diffrent floors they look more clean. They gave me.one on 3rd floor.

This is a great hotel to use just as a base.
It’s in a great location near to main train station.
There are supermarkets and restaurants near by for when your tired and don’t want to go to far to eat after a long day.
It’s a no frills hotel but for the price and a base it’s ok.
The room was nice and clean.
The only thing is outside it can be very noisy due to a tram coming past quiet a lot.
Noise doesn’t bother us so we were fine with it.
Overall it’s a great little hotel does what it says on the tin.
I would stay there again
