Las habitaciones son limpias, modernas y cómodas. Muy correctas. La ubicación muy buena. No tuvimos problemas para ir andando a todos lados, incluso los más alejados, como las Termas de Caracalla. Pero lo mejor del hotel es el trato. Stefano y Arlen hacen que resulte muy agradable la experiencia. ¿Volveríamos a este hotel? Sin duda.

I had a very nice stay at Roma dei papi hotel. Spacious and clean room and bathroom but what made the stay special was the people working there. Stefano was super friendly and helpful! The location was perfect, not far from most of the things you want to see in Rome. And a few steps from the shuttle bus going to and from the airport

I stayed in this hotel a bit more than a year ago. The location is perfect - just a few minutes by foot from the Vatican. As a simple hotel I can say the room offers all the basic amenities, mainly if you are gonna stay all day outside. Also comfortable and clean.

Roma Dei Papi was a breath of fresh air after a long, awful day of travel. We were in a horrible jam as our hotel in Rome-HOTEL BELLI lied and said we cancelled our prepaid room for which we had documentation for thru Agoda and then HOTEL BELLI proceeded to advertise that same room on the internet for 1000 euros. Apparently, this is not an uncommon occurrence so please beware! We were exhausted and upset with no place to go and literally walking the streets of Rome with heavy bags. Thank God for Roma Dei Papi! Stephano, the manager welcomed us in like family and soothed us. The hotel was chic and clean, and he had a cappuccino maker and cold drinks in our hotel room. Even when he was not at the front desk, he was immediately available and helpful via text and helped us through our trip answering questions, arranging a taxi to the airport, etc. The only thing was the room was a bit pricey at around 300 euros but that is also because I am comparing it to Portland, OR USA prices which is not really fair in comparison to a city like in Rome, and again we were literally a last minute booking and desperate. I would stay there again! Roma Dei Papi was by far the best place we stayed in during our trip to Italy from safety, friendliness, cleanliness, etc. The location is great. It felt cozy, clean, secure and we were able to easily walk to restaurants, shops and the Vatican. Highly recommend. Thank you, Stephano!

Bueno la verdad es que aún estoy flipando con el Hotel que reserve, cuento un poco:estaba en Italia y un fin de semana quería ir con unos amigos a Roma ya que hacíamos turismo los fines de semana, entonces decidí reservar una noche en un hotel en Roma para conocer un poco el finde y así lo hice, se llama Roma Innitaly o algo así, me dijeron que pagaría cuando estuviera allí, llegamos a las 4 de la tarde y cuál sería mi sorpresa que allí solo había una chapa con el nombre y era un portón en el cual picamos repetidas veces y sin contestación, pregunte en una tienda de al lado y a gente que pasaba por allí pero me dijeron que no había movimiento, así que nos quedamos en shock, sin habitación para dormir en Roma, llamamos a los teléfonos que había en la placa y nadie nos contestó así que rápidamente intentamos buscar algo ya que quedamos allí tirados, nos apareció una habitación a unos 500 m de allí y algo más cara, pero al menos nos alojamos, vergonzoso. Después de todo esto ala semana siguiente resulta que ese hotel fantasma me cobra la habitación, y lógicamente llamo a Booking y se lo explico, pero parece ser que Booking cree más al hotel y no parece que quiera devolverlo, así que aquí estoy reclamando, enfadado a más no poder y sin el dinero, supongo que intentare hacer algo a través de el banco o poner una denuncia, porque no me esperaba algo así la verdad, poca seriedad veo en esta compañía
