I enjoyed most of my Trip to Chapter Roma. Pros: Stylish decor and clean rooms. Was walking distance to majority of what I wanted to see and taxis were easily to order. Cons . The doors only lock with a flimsy lock no electronic lock. Not sure if it’s the doors or walls but you hear everything in the hallway. I mean everything. It wasn’t a loud environment but on mornings when others were checking out it did interfere with sleep. Staff for the most part friendly but a few with a smug attitudes. I enjoyed my 5 day stay and would stay again but will definitely see what else is out there at the price point of Hotel Roma.

We had an excellent stay at Chapter Roma. The staff is friendly, available and professional. The room on the corner of the 4th floor was perfect.
The hotel is prefectly located, near all the interesting sites.
We'll come back for our next trip for sure!

Les points positifs : près de tout, le personnel est très sympa et réactif, décoration originale
Le point négatif et important : problème d’insonorisation (bruit de circulation, le matin on entend le voisin de chambre se doucher)
Je ne sais pas si je reviendrai mais en tout cas l’hôtel est bien le seul bémol c’est le bruit ! Le directeur de l’hôtel devrait investir dans le double vitrage et insonoriser les murs de ses locaux
