The rooms do not look as advertised. Plus the room is in serious need of renovations and proper updates. The showers had mold and the lack of daylight just feels depressing. The one good thing they have going for them is the great welcoming service we received from Cristina in the front desk. If it wasn’t for her help this hotel would have been a complete disaster. Not to mention they still use actual keys for the rooms.

Wir das Hotel gebucht da Haustiere erlaubt. Leider war dies nicht der Fall und trotz Angebot eines kostenlosen Storno seitens Cristina per WhatsApp haben wir unser Geld bisher nicht zurück bekommen. Auch nach mehrmaligem Rückfragen keine Hilfe. Sehr ärgerlich.

inmejorable la ubicacion, cercano a todo: termini, Fontana de Trevi, Coliseo, etc. Medios de transporte tambien apenas bajas del hotel. La atencion del personal excelente y anticipada a tu llegada. Todo limpia, cama comodisima. Recomendadisimo

Property had good location, however our room was very dirty and our room had mold. It was very damp and moist. Would not stay here again, luckily we only stayed one night.
