It is recommended for working people. It has average facilities and ordinary family-style housing. It is not too close to attractions, but it is very close to the station and has convenient transportation.

Visited to celebrate my 60th birthday and all the team made it a very special time. The hotel has a great location to visit the sights of Rome. Breakfast was lovely and our room was perfect. Thank you to Camilla, Mattia, Priscilla, Davide and Resel for making our stay so special.

we had a planned reservation for the dates 14-18/10 at the hotel. Since 07/10, we have sent several messages and attempts to cancel and receive some kind of refund, even a relative one, to the hotel, but they, without understanding and acceptance of the event, are not willing to give any refund (and this is a considerable amount!) even partial or an option of Wasser to be exercised at a later date, despite that all the circumstances were explained to them. What is certain is that if in the future we get to make the planned flight, I will not get there.

Ottimo hotel in Via Nazionale. Il personale è gentile e cortese e le stanze sono tenute pulite e in ordine. Alcuni piccoli consigli.. mettete un porta valigie in camera (senza è un pò scomodo mettere la valigia) e mettete 4 cuscini invece di 2. Inoltre avevo richiesto letto matrimoniale e invece erano 2 singoli attaccati. Lascio comunque 5 stelle, ho una struttura ricettiva anche io e so cosa significa occuparsi giorno e notte delle camere e dell’ospitalità. Tornerò sicuramente. Grazie e a presto!

Unprofessional and rude staff. 1. The room wasn’t that clean. Dust in the furniture 2. Try to ear money from us by booking us a taxi. We agreed the fee of €65 for picking us from the hotel to the airport. And when we arrived at the airport the driver told us that the hotel told him to charge us €75. 3. Before our arrival the hotel agreed to offer us free breakfast facility from a cafe nearby. The guy in the reception gave us a voucher for that free breakfast. We couldnt use it in the cafe and due to bad communication between the owner of the cafe and the hotel, the guy in the hotel reception called us liars and that we have already use the voucher and we wanted to take advantage of that free breakfast that we never had the chance to take. An overall bad experience and a tourist trap!

We stayed 2 nights and we enjoyed our stay. Big room and bathroom with a view to the Palace. It was very clean and neat. The staff was lovely and very helpful. The property has an elevator.
The only thing that was uncomfortable that it wasn’t sound proof and our room was next to the front desk, so we can hear everything outside and vice versa.
