Lovely, family-run hotel. Very friendly and warm. Excellent location, bus 85 which is a very short walk from the hotel takes you to central Rome. There are also 2 Metro stations within a reasonable walking distance. The family makes you feel welcome, a very lovely, elderly lady keeps everything very clean and tidy. Things to note, the toilet and shower are not in the room, they are private to you but you need to walk through the communal hall (which you share with the other 2 rooms, the hall isn't big); the room doesn't have a kettle. A small inconvenience for a great location and reasonable price. I would stay there again.

L'hotel è situato in una villa con piccolo giardino (che però non abbiamo utilizzato), la stanza è comoda e tutto è pulito. Se siete con la macchina occorre mettersi d'accordo con la proprietaria e i figli per eventuali orari d'uscita per l'uso del parcheggio: magari meglio chiamare prima.

Posto super strategico, materasso comodissimo, Adriana dà un’accoglienza SUPER! Consigliato sia per una toccata e fuga (vicino a tutti i mezzi) che per un long term stay, nelle stagioni calde inoltre val la pena sfruttare il bellissimo giardino!

Breve vacanza con la famiglia per il ponte di carnevale, titolare molto gentile e cortese. Camere semplici, pulite e spaziose. Zona tranquilla, servita da un mercato rionale caratteristico e da attività commerciali locali. Metro "A" raggiungibile in 5 minuti a piedi, fermata Re di Roma.

Buona struttura e comoda con titolari gentili e disponibili. Caldamente suggerita per un soggiorno di relax e/o lavoro e ubicata un una zona con molteplici siti da visitare e ben servita dai trasporti pubblici.

La struttura si trova in una buona posizione a pochi passi dalla MM Lodi. La proprietaria è gentile e disponibile. La stanza in cui ho dormito è un po' stretta e lunga e il letto singolo comodo ma un po' piccolo, la televisione posizionata troppo in alto. Manca l'aria condizionata. Il bagno arredato anni '60 con vasca. Per essere un B&B manca a colazione del mattino. Per una notte può andar bene.

Muy amable la familia. Resuelve todo tipo de dudas e intenta darte consejos sobre la ciudad: precios, transporte público, bares… Si lo que buscas es dormir y asearte, es el lugar ideal. Si esperas algo más, no es tu sitio. Puntos negativos: - el baño es externo aunque privado. - las habitaciones no están silenciadas, por lo que cualquier ruido se escucha. - las puertas son demasiado antiguas y a veces hay que hacer mucha fuerza para cerrar. Aún con esto, repetiría sin ninguna duda.

Nice friendly staff and clean property with beautiful garden.Single room is large and cleaned everyday, private bathroom is large and cleaned everyday. Property is next to metro station and buses in 3 minutes.
