Lovely, family-run hotel. Very friendly and warm. Excellent location, bus 85 which is a very short walk from the hotel takes you to central Rome. There are also 2 Metro stations within a reasonable walking distance. The family makes you feel welcome, a very lovely, elderly lady keeps everything very clean and tidy. Things to note, the toilet and shower are not in the room, they are private to you but you need to walk through the communal hall (which you share with the other 2 rooms, the hall isn't big); the room doesn't have a kettle. A small inconvenience for a great location and reasonable price. I would stay there again.

Room was OK. Unfortunately no A/C so the room was very hot and when we went out and left the windows open we'd always come back to find someone had closed them. Bed was not the most comfortable. Very loud at night as people locked and unlocked doors to go to the toilet. Unfortunately 1 of us was very ill with food poisoning the last day, asked for an extension on check our and offered to pay however was refused and told its 100 euros for another night or nothing and they actually seemed disgusted we'd even dared to ask such a question. Most definitely wouldn't use again.

No air conditioning. Terrible for summer days. They don’t offer breakfast.

The hotel staff does not speak English. The receptionist greeted me very unfriendly, She spoke into the phone translator in Italian, and I had to answer to her phone in English so that she could hear in Italian. The reception lasted for a very long time. The hotel is very noisy, all sounds in the neighboring rooms are very audible. When the neighbors opened their door, my door rattled with glass. My door was made of pieces of glass and at night the light shone in my eyes on the bed. I asked them not to clean my room, but they came to the room every day and they moved my things as it suited them. Big surprise: the administrator said that I have to pick up my toothbrushes and soap from the bathroom every morning - for ease of cleaning. The hotel does not provide shampoo or soap. The bathroom equipment is very old, the surface of the bathtub is rough, the curtain is old and hard as wood. The window overlooks the roof of a depot, where there is a lot of rubbish and junk. The hotel does not have a coffee machine or kettle.
