The whole thing is a complete disaster. The photos might show the building back in 2013 when it was originally refurbished, I suspect, but bears no relationship with the scuffy, dirty, run down appearance of the "hotel" now. And the sheer cheek of charging over Euros300 per night for a "deluxe?" room! The management was absent, made no attempt to placate us. I left immediately, there being no one in the place to complain to or recify our many complaints, judging that it was uninhabitable certainly for the price paid. Subsequently the managemnet has rejected any form of compromise and has taken the money, which they certainly need to spend. They claimed to our agent they offered to change the room but assuredly that never happened. My advice is to give this place a very wide berth. It is appalling!

Camera per 4 persone molto confortevole e pulita. La zona è a 2 passi da piazza di Spagna e da piazza del Popolo, comodissima per spostarsi a piedi e con la metro. Via Margutta è molto silenziosa anche se in centro.Personale molto gentile

Ho prenotato tramite booking non mi aspettavo di trovare un B&B di altissimo livello. Accogliente, estremamente curato e pulito, bagno in mosaico, ampia cabina doccia, posizione eccellente, due passi da Piazza Del Popolo,

Ottima posizione. Camere apparentemente buone e belle ma materassi orrendi e distrutti. Camera poco funzionale. Disattenzione nel rinnovo dei servizi per mancata assistenza di cortesia. Sarebbe auspicabile una presenza quotidiana a supporto dell’ospite

Sporcizia diffusa, lenzuola e biancheria lise, coprimaterasso di plastica, frigo rotto, doccia rotta, telefono staccato, no capsule caffè, no cambio biancheria e pulizia secondo giorno. Forse è cambiata gestione? Prima non era così!

Eccezionale Abbiamo soggiornato qui per un weekend a fine febbraio in 3 persone. La sig.ra Sabrina è stata molto cortese e attenta alle nostre esigenze già prima di arrivare in struttura. Appena entrate, non è stato difficile innamorarsi della bellezza della camera e dell’atmosfera soffusa ed elegante . Inoltre siamo rimaste colpite dalla pulizia di tutta la struttura oltre che dei nostri spazi. Lo consigliamo vivamente a chi come noi vuole soggiornare in una struttura centrale a 2 min da piazza di Spagna, a chi comunque tiene alla sua privacy vista la riservatezza e a chi vuole sentirsi a casa. Complimenti per tutto ! Voto 10!
