Struttura bellissima è curata nei minimi particolari. Centralissima

Personale gentilissimo, comodissima con la metro e in zona molto centrale. Costo modico e facile da raggiungere.

Abbiamo pagato per due notti una stanza con bagno interno e ce ne siamo trovata una senza. Alle nostre rimostranze dopo la prima disagiata notte ci e' stata assegnata un matrimoniale con bagno ma con gabinetto maleodorante. Nonostante richieste effettuate il Wi-Fi non ha mai funzionato. Il prezzo pagato direttamente all'agenzia ******* per due notti € 341,12 per una camera deluxe e' stato sproporzionato per il servizio ricevuto.

Domina Popolo B&B is a very well situated place for a short or a long stay in Rome. It is right next to the Piazza del Popolo square. In the neighbourhood you can find bistros mini markets restaurants etc . It is next to the Flaminio metro station (2min walking) but the greatest advantage of all is that you can visit all the main attractions in Rome on foot!! Owners respond almost immediately at messages including WhatsApp and Viber!! They give you suggestions where to eat and drink and they can make you a program regarding the most important attractions you can visit in Rome… Although Domina Popolo has 4,5 stars in overall ratings, I do have some points to share with future travellers and I expect the management of the Popolo b&b to take it into serious consideration!! Breakfast The breakfast isn’t as good as it was told! To be honest we were very disappointed from the breakfast!! Ok! They do provide every room with milk and 2-3 yogurts and fresh juice. They do have some croissants and crackers in their nylons which for me is unacceptable especially when next door there so many bistro and you are in Rome, the city of coffee and corneto!! Management should provide the guests with fresh croissants and fresh bread with ham and cheese at least every day!! It is very easy and I believe they could manage it!! They can have the cheeses and the ham in the fridge! They should also add a toaster to make yourself something to eat like a sandwich. Rooms The room is ok for 4 people and the mattresses are very comfortable! The room is cleaned every day but they have to change bath towels daily. They should provide shampoo daily as well! We did have a problem with hot water on the last day but it was solved in no time with the owners! Air conditioning works very good!! A safe box is a must in the room!! A restoration is in progress and I believe that until next time we will visit Domina things would be much better!! Arriverdecci e auguri Roma!! 🥰😎🙏

I admit to being, to say the least, surprised by the reviews on ********** and the quality/price ratio of this hotel. Traveling very often, all over Europe, I thought that a room for 3 for over 100€ per night not in the heart of Rome would be perfectly fine. However, as soon as we entered the room, we made a face. I won't dwell on the outdated decor, everyone's tastes are different. On the other hand, we are really in the low end: broken furniture, walls full of marks and holes, camp beds, sub-brand flat screen TV barely 45cm, sachets of soap worthy of Formula One... And breakfast isn’t even breakfast! Vacuum-packed croissants and a fridge are left for us to fend for ourselves (on our own). Even no chocolate or possibility of heating milk for the children (no microwave). No fruit… I know very well that we are not in a four-star hotel (what the manager told me by text message), but here we border on camping. After contacting **********, I was changed rooms without apology or explanation. A bit better, but still the same disappoin**ents (a simple lick of paint would have already helped a lot!) And when I see that I am also made to pay local tax... whereas when trying to book the hotel for other dates, this is not the case... In short, at the level of a hotel without or with 1 star, nothing more. To be honest, the staff, when you saw them, were very friendly, but that's not enough!
