Great location and a very accommodating staff

Location is perfect, in the center all seeings : Trevi, Coliseum, Forum, Pantheon are close by walk. There are lots of food places and carrefour markets around. Room is Morden with fantastic lightening. Staff at the front desk is very nice and helpful!! Will stay in this hotel again next time, definitely!

Biggest bed I've ever stayed it, it was like a super king bed. Liked the old school lift to take us to our floor and the receptionists were helpful. Perfect location with a few mins walk to the main attractions.

This hotel is truly in the center of all main must see places in Rome. About 15 mins from the colosseum, 5 mins from Trevi Fountain and you can actually see Piazza Venezia as soon as you go to thr street. Very convenient to take the bus too on Via del Corso and lots of shops and restaurants to choose from. Staff was friendly and willing to help in everything. The room had a "funky" vibe... you feel like in a disco with colored lights on the floor, behind the bed, in the shower... and everything is operated from a smart phone they provide. Our only main issue was that the last night of our stay we came back to our room to start packing and the keyless lock did not work, so we had to call the emergency number and wait for someone for about 40 minutes to come over and open the room for us. Not a pleasant experience when you are tired from a long day of walking and need to catch an early flight the next day.

Every night during our stay the bright main room lights came on at a random time ruining our sleep and making our stay very uncomfortable. The AC did not stay at the target temperature overnight. The on-site person wasn't empathetic or helpful at all. The gadgets in the room used all of the available electrical outlets leaving us one desk and one bathroom outlet to use and charge devices. No reading lights, no bedside outlets and a room full of useless gadgets and tech.
