很不錯的家庭式公寓酒店，主人提前發郵件確認到店時間，到店後Lisa很熱情地介紹了住宿要求以及注意事項，並且給了一張做好各種標記的地圖，給羅馬出行提供了指導。房間很安靜，早餐很好。房東也很熱情，在離店時幫忙喊了最快的出租車。

Gianluca was in touch with us ever since our booking. We are new to Rome but was given the Rome map & all the instructions. The guidance & suggestions that Gianluca provided was great and made things very easy for us. We booked the airport pick up through the hotel and they were on time. Rooms were clean & quite. Morning breakfast was nice. We definitely recommend this place!

Uma excelente localização, somada a uma excelente acomodação e à simpatia e solicitude do Gianluca e sua equipe só podem resultar numa avaliação máxima. Já estive hospedado aqui há 6 anos. Achei que não poderia melhorar, mas estava enganado. Cama e travesseiros confortáveis, banheiro bom e espaçoso, decoração dos quartos de muito bom gosto. Quando retornar a Roma, certamente ficarei hospedado novamente ali.

Gostei de basicamente de tudo, tamanho e instalações do quarto, limpeza, organização, café da manhã delicioso e o atendimento pessoal e personalizado do time que faz toda a diferença, fazem muito bem o que se propõem, gentis, cordiais e demasiadamente atenciosos (Gianluca, Sussete e esposo), ainda mais para mim que tenho um inglês bem de iniciante ainda. O único item que não nos atendeu a contento foi a vazão de água quente do chuveiro, muito pouca água na abertura máxima, inclusive relatei a administração e acredito que devem arrumar isso o mais breve possível, para mim ao menos o sucesso da hospedagem está na cama e banho, uma ducha com boa pressão faz toda diferença, foi o que segurou a nota máxima desta hospedagem.

A delightful stay at this exceptionally clean and well appointed guest house. It was the perfect home base for our family of 3– most of everything we wanted to do or see was in walking distance or a short metro ride away. metro stop (Ottaviano) is about 100 meters from the entrance. The innkeepers are exceptionally kind and helpful, providing helpful guidance before and during our visit. We were served a lovely breakfast each morning on the terrace on the roof and our room was large and comfortable. We had everything we needed and felt very well cared for. We will surely stay again the next time we are in Rome.

A wonderful guesthouse to stay in for a short break in Rome. Super close to The Vatican and a stones throw from a Metro station. Rooms small but very comfortable, clean, and well serviced. The owner, Gianluca, is amazingly helpful and helped us plan tours and places to eat. Can’t recommend it enough.

Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Die Lage ist sehr gut, da die Metro nur wenige Schritte von der Unterkunft entfernt ist. Mit der Metro erreicht man alle Orte in wenigen Minuten. Frühstück auf der Terasse oben auf dem Dach mit frischem Gebäck vom Bäcker, der auch im Haus ein 24h offenes Geschäft hat. Wir waren für das Eröffnungsspiel der EURO 2021 Türkei-Italien gekommen und sind ins Stadion gelaufen. Falls wir wieder nach Rom kommen, dann definitiv ins Casa Martini zu Gianluca

Ho soggiornato presso Casa Martini con mio marito e mio figlio.. che dire, super soddisfatti della scelta. Partendo dalla gentilezza e disponibilità di Gianluca, alla pulizia impeccabile della camera, alla colazione sulla terrazza! Rientrare la sera nella nostra camera ha dato quel tocco in più alla nostra mini vacanza. Le camere sono dotate di cassaforte, asciugacapelli, frigo bar con bibite offerte, macchinetta del caffè con cialde, sky. Posizione perfetta, a 2 passi dalla metro e vicinissimo a piazza San Pietro! L'unica nota dolente .... il cappuccino è il caffè alla colazione sono piccolezze ma sicuramente migliorabili con poco costo! STRA CONSIGLIATO
