Nous avions prévu un voyage tranquille pour nous détendre entre deux copines, mais j’ai eu le malheur de réserver dans cette établissement. Nous n’avons JAMAIS réussi à accéder à cette établissement!! Puisque nous avions dix minutes de retard sur l’heure d’arrivé dans l’établissement! Nous avons pourtant contacté l’établissement multiple fois enfin de les prévenir de notre retard. Nous n’avons reçu aucune réponse. Arrive sur place nous nous sommes retrouvé devant la porte d’un immeuble sans possibilité d’entrer! Le téléphone était toujours pas accessible. Il pleuvait, le quartier n’était pas rassurant! Nous avons essayé de contacter booking qui a refusé de nous reloger. Apparement c’est de notre faute fallait pas être en retard. Je suis choqué par ce manque de professionnalisme étant moi même du métier! Si mes clients ont du retard je leur trouve une solution! Nous avons heureusement trouver une autre possibilité, puis l’hôtel nous a fait comprendre que c’était de notre faute et refuse de nous rembourser! Nous avons perdu 340€ dans cette réservation! Booking refuse également de nous rembourser malgré qu’ils sont la raison pour la quel nous ne sommes pas retourner à l’hôtel des lendemains. Ils nous ont promis de s’occuper de nous et nous sommes retrouver sans nouvelle!! Ne réserver pas si vous souhaitez dormir la nuit. Il y a d’autres option dans Rome beaucoup mieux placer et plus intéressant. (Egalement moins cher d’ailleurs)

We arrived at 11.30 for a midday(12) booking. We were at first offered a room that was ready and cleaned, but then were told that we couldn't take it for our 2 night stay as someone was staying the next night. We were also offered the option of taking the room we were assigned, but it wasnt yet clean - why they would offer an uncleaned room is beyond me. The room itself was extremely basic and dark, opening the curtains wasnt an option as it faced some kind of dark alleyway so we just kept the lights on. The air conditioning worked decently well at removing the humidity and heat with it being a 32 degree heatwave outside. The bathroom was decently new and worked in all areas. The main bad points are being provided bed sheets for covers - they literally had zero weight to them which made for an oddly uncomfortable sleep. The neighborhood is extremely sketchy and dirty and smelled like urine in many places, though this is outside the apar**ents control. The owner had a master key to all rooms - on our 2nd day we heard a knock and a 'sorry' when I replied with 'hello' and afterward you could hear he was going into the other room next to us. The door is far from soundproof so you will hear anyone entering or exiting the adjacent apar**ent. Overall it was okay as an extreme budget option but the disorganization of the owner and the lack of decent bedsheets means I cannot recommend this place unless you are truly broke. It will take you 20-25 minutes to get to anywhere you'd likely want to visit while in Rome, and i cannot imagine parking a vehicle in such a shady area.

Apparently the hotel was facing issues with overbooking. I booked a stay for couple of days including my birthday. HS asked me to relocate and arranged a place where I could stay this exact night which is fine from their side. Nevertheless the communicative skills of staff leaves a lot to be desired. See photos.

Tramite Booking abbiamo trovato una camera in questo "B&B" x 2 notti. Per avere maggiori info abbiamo contattato direttamente la struttura. Il titolare del B&b (Sig. Marco) il quale ci proponeva una stanza chiamata Suite, in accordo ci chiedeva un'anticipo tramite bonifico della metà del dovuto (140€). SENZA PASSARE PIÙ TRAMITE BOOKING. Concordando il nostro arrivo intorno alle 21 ca, nel pomeriggio ci chiama x informarci che Booking gli aveva prenotato la suite concordata e prenotata da noi, e che in alternativa ci proponeva una stanza migliore a suo dire., inoltre ci riferiva se si poteva tardare il check-in in quanto aveva degli impegni personali. Per tanto verso le ore 23 ca, ci si dava appuntamento all'indirizzo della cosiddetta suite, constatando già dall'ingresso dello stabile che era fatiscente e sporco. All'interno della cosiddetta suite, era evidente che non si trattava della stanza da lui descritta. Evidenziando subito che: L'arredamento era datato e di scarsa qualità, i petti consumati e di gomma piuma, e nell'avviare il condizionatore fuoriusciva polvere e insetti morti da esso. Inoltre i tendaggi della finestra del balcone e il tessuto della sedia erano macchiati di qualche liquido imprecisato. Anche il bagno risultava igienicamente scarso, tanto che il wc risultava ancora con tracce di urine, il tutto elencato veniva evidenziato in presenza del considerato Sig. Marco titolare del B&B al quale minimizzava tutto e si disponeva in maniera scontrosa e maleducata, e sopratutto poco professionale. Minacciando che se non ci stava bene così ci avrebbe fatto andare cia dallo stesso luogo. A questo punto avevamo capito il motivo x cui ci avesse posticipato il check-in. Come già elencato è evidente che non sono state adottate le normative vigenti alla pulizia e igienizzazione con prodotti specifici anti covid.
