A nice place with a very good location. Easy walk to Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and Pantheon. If you do some research before, it is a great area. Staff is present but does not add to your experience. Breakfast is basic and below average. Enough to get you to lunch. Would stay here again primarily due to location.

Air conditioner was preset Couldn’t make it cool enough Bed mattresses slumped in the middle. The shower door didn’t close and water flooded the bathroom floor.

We ordered a large room for two for 10 days, and received a room full of beds with a tacked table and one plastic chair, there was almost no free space, a dresser built into the wall in size like a small niche. There is absolutely no sound insulation, you can hear everything, as they say, they fart, chew and swallow, all the conversations, slamming the door, the ringing of keys, I’m generally silent about intimacy! Breakfast was prison-Italian style. Everything is flour, some products are rotten and spoiled, no one checks until the tourists themselves say. The milk went bad when they made coffee for us and we felt it. Meat cuts, it’s generally scary to take, after the first slight poisoning they didn’t take it anymore. The iron was asked for 4 days in a row, until we were told through *********** message and owner told that they do not provide such a service. All 10 days went unironed. Linen was changed once for10 days. Towels every day. Very expensive for this kind of service. One night stay can be ok. We won't go again.

Good location but to much for 9.5, property check in is too complicate , you must to walk to another hotel for check in , check out or any service that you require.

I loved everything about this unique property! Fantastic location, close to major attractions, and the staff was amazing. Highly recommend.

This property is at the heart of Rome, mins away from collosseum and Trevi fountain. We pretty much walked everywhere in Rome from here. The stuffs were welcoming and friendly. The room cozy. Would definitely recommend.

My stay there was very good only that the hotel does not have elevator so it was difficult for us with luggage’s.

What a wonderful little hotel! As indicated in many of the reviews AND we decided on this hotel due to the factor--this hotel is located with easy access to the many features Rome has to offer. Immaculate! Modern. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! One could not ask for a better hotel experience. Loved the terrace located directly off of our room. We would highly recommend!
