Place is clean and safe. Walking distance to many good places. Well maintained. Bed is really good and comfortable ❤️ 👍🏼 its also good as family place as they have several rooms and T & B per room. Good for family, couple and individual. Spacious, clean and affordable 👍🏼

Siamo stati qui per un weekend veloce e siamo stati abbastanza soddisfatti dell'esperienza. La posizione è ottima, zona tranquilla vicino alla metro e con diversi negozi utili. Stanza abbastanza spaziosa, letto comodo e un armadio piuttosto capiente; volendo trovare dei difetti, non gravi, avrei preferito avere una presa di corrente per entrambi i comodini, cosi come un interruttore per la luce centrale vicino al letto. Non è andato tutto perfettamente per cause di forza maggiore, ma il proprietario ha provato comunque a limitare le problematiche per quanto possibile.

We arrived during the slotted check-in window and received no response. We waited over an hour trying to reach the property via the street doorbell, the phone, and the booking agent. No response! We ended up walking around to hotels in the area until we found one with availability. Whatever you do, DO NOT stay here. This was supposed to be the first place we stayed to start our honeymoon. We couldn’t even get onto the property, let alone check-in. We followed instructions and got no response. We are trying to contact the property to get a refund and still getting NO RESPONSE! This property takes absolute advantage of people. Please, do not stay here. Spend your money elsewhere.

Let me tell you that we travel a lot, and we have never been hosted by a more hospitable and friendly host like Vincenzo. All other reviews have mentioned all the positives about the location, the cleanliness and everything, but I especially want to praise Vincenzo's desire to go above and beyond to help with whatever needs we had-suggestions for trips/sightseeing, restaurants, etc. He spent an entire afternoon helping us find a relocation as our flight was cancelled last minute and we had to extend our stay in another place as his place was already fully booked. While he didn't have to do this, he didn't want us to leave his place without finding an alternative. In short - he is the perfect host - always available, friendly and caring for his guests' needs!

This place is one of the most beautiful place in Roma. Firstly, the Metro is near and is very easy to conect with different places like Coloseum and Vatican. The room is big and has enought space for 3 persones. Also inside the room It is an air conditioning. In concluzion, I will came back in the future here.

Удобное расположение. Метро рядом, можно быстро добраться до любой точки. Ватикан в пешей доступности. Рядом ресторанчики, супермаркет. Очень радушные хозяева и Фабио, и Винченццо . Всё подскажут, расскажут. Мы пока завтракали, обо всём с ними поговорили. Круассаны на завтрак были бесподобны) Из минусов только то, что не было утюга... Wifi хороший. Вода в душе и горячая, и холодная, напор в порядке, кондиционер работает! В номере чай, кофе, душевые принадлежности. Кровати большие.
