Service: Overall it's pretty good. You can find the front desk if you need it. The mini bar is free and will be replenished all the time. Breakfast can be eaten in the room for 10 euros/person, or go to the sister hotel for 30 euros/person semi-self-service. PS. The sister hotel can take pictures of the Colosseum. Environment: Suitable for family travel. Hygiene: Good, the soap is very cute, and the room is cleaned countless times a day. Facilities: The most frustrating thing is that the Wi-Fi was broken for three days during the three-day stay. There was no signal in the room and it was cracked. Although there was no network at the end, Ctrip tried its best to help deal with it!

The bathroom is really small, but the facilities are still very complete. They also gave a check-in gift, including a bottle of wine, and the mini bar also has a wide variety of options. Breakfast is delivered to the room, which is very cost-effective. I can't imagine that you can eat so much at such a cheap price. But in terms of the overall scenery of the hotel, if there is no scenery inside, you still have to go out.

Highly recommended hotel! Stayed here for the last 2 nights of our European trip. The Colosseum can be seen from the window. The location is great! The subway station, the Colosseum and various ruins are right at the door. You can walk to Plaza de España, the Trevi Fountain and other attractions within 20 minutes. A quiet road in the middle of the hustle and bustle, very quiet at night! The room size is really impressive in Rome! To be exact, there are no such generous rooms in the entire Europe. The entire suite is a suite with a living room➕bedroom. The layout is comfortable and elegant, very comfortable! Breakfast can be enjoyed in the room. It only costs 10 euros per person, but it is very rich! All the service staff in the hotel are also very enthusiastic, giving us a great impression at the end of our European trip! ! !

The hotel is very nice, right next to the Colosseum. The staff are very patient and enthusiastic. Children also like it very much.

First of all, this address cannot be reached directly by vehicles. You need to walk 800 meters with your suitcase on foot. Second, no one will go to work until 8:00. There was a needle that was more than half of the index finger inside. Only Ctrip helped to deal with it. The hotel didn't move. Later, I was urged to give a bottle of wine and said that I would refund the city tax.

The scenery you can see from the hotel, the location is super good, and the photos are very beautiful. There are a lot of furniture decorations that are very good, and I really want to buy them at home. Next time you come to Rome, you must come again.

Perfect room, perfect service, perfect location, perfect value for money. This experience has made Rome my favorite city in Italy. Wake up in the morning and walk a few minutes to Aroma to have breakfast overlooking the Colosseum. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone, the service is unforgettable.

I feel very good! The hotel also specially prepared champagne 🍾️Welcome! Knowing that it was the honeymoon, rose petals were prepared for us in the evening! Although it is next to the Colosseum, it is quiet amidst the noise! It is very close to the surrounding ancient city attractions! And its sister hotel breakfast! 📷 Awesome! It takes 8 minutes to walk there!

Aesthetically this hotel and the suite I was in were gorgeous. Inside the room there was something visually stimulating at every turn. Stunning! Location is amazing, step out the front gate and the colosseum is directly to the left. It was an awesome experience to stay so close to such an iconic place. However, this hotel is not perfect, and has some flaws. My room was not soundproof at all with the adjacent room - I could hear the toilet flushing and people speaking in the other room, so I assume they could do the same. Felt a lack of privacy as a result. Could also hear noise from the street from my suite, including late at night which was disturbing at times. Also note that this hotel has no amenities inside, you have to go to the sister property 3 mins down the street. Not a problem if you don’t care, but just note that there’s no room service, bar, or anything like that - just the suites and front courtyard. They do serve continental breakfast at the property if that’s included in your rate at the hotel. Also just want to note an interesting check-in experience - service was overall excellent at this property but 3 different parties (1 being myself) arrived and checked in at the same time. The one person running the front desk checked in the first party knowing the rest of us were waiting with no sense of urgency, taking the party to their room and I assume showing it to them based on the duration. After waiting 15+ mins for the first exchange, and being 3rd in line, I simply asked to get my room key and skip the check-in experience. It would’ve been great if someone else could’ve stepped in to assist (like the bellhop), because waiting 30 mins to get into your room on a bench outside the front office after a long journey just seems off - especially at or after check-in time. I do understand the Italian experience is slower paced in general, but just gave me a bit of an odd feeling. However, overall this property offered excellent, warm and friendly service.

Fantastic location less than 200 meters from Colosseum. Best service and attentive staff at any hotel we have stayed at in years! Can help with everything from restaurants to tours to transportation and more. Rooms have plenty of space with separate bedroom and living area with day bed, breakfast table and your own bar.

We read about this hotel on the Internet, and it looks like a good choice based on location and the description. We are very happy with our decision! The location is in the center of Roman antiquities, and a mirror, a few hundred meters to the Colosseum. Given the heavy traffic in Rome, being able to walk to so many attractions is a real benefit The hotel is a recent renovation with an artistic flare, making the rooms, very creative and attractive. Our room is a small suite with an ample amount of space, including a walk-in closet and a small kitchen area with a stocked refrigerator. The Staff is as good and capable as any we have encountered in TOP hotels in the world. All in, we would highly recommend this hotel.

Very luxurious hotel! You can see the Colosseum right down the street from the hotel, and the neighborhood had tons of bars and restaurants. We were able to check in to the room early. The suite was huge, with a separate bedroom, living area, and kitchenette/dining table. They left us a bottle of prosecco and a plate of dried fruit, which was a nice touch. Everything was very clean and housekeeping also stopped by twice a day. Very attentive service from all of the staff members we interacted with - we especially appreciated that they booked us a taxi to take us to the airport early on the morning of our departure and printed our boarding passes for us. I have never stayed in this type of hotel before but it was a great experience.

Great place. Perfect location on a quiet street just a few steps away from the Colosseum. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and well appointed. The staff is friendly and accommodating; they even helped me get a delicious birthday cake for my friend. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Rome.

I went here from the 6th, until the 9th of January with my family we didn’t expect to be such a good hotel, but it was a great experience, we got room 12 and when we first entered the room we loved it, it was pretty, comfortable and very well decorated. Me and my wife had our own room, and our kid had her own room (which she loved it) and they gave us full attention all the time and they were super kind and nice with us. I also loved that it was located in a convenient location close to the colosseum and it had a great view of it, also our breakfast was included that it we had to walk to a place were there was a buffet, the food there was nice and it was easy to get there. Wi-fi was excellent. Really recommended.
