The hotel service is good! And the room is very big, I have ordered a double room, and the room given is enough for 3 people! The location is a bit far away from city center, but it is close to the maestro station. The price is reasonable too!

Durante una gita scolastica ho pernottato per 1 notte nella struttura che esternamente si presenta particolarmente gradevole mentre cela numerose problematiche interne abbastanza terrificanti. Nella mia stanza, una doppia sommariamente funzionale, usciva l'acqua dalla doccia fino a creare un lago artificiale oltre alla grande quantità di polvere. Inoltre in altre stanze: la presa della corrente rotta, 2 bicchieri sporchi e l'anta della doccia rotta. Durante la cena, il personale sembrava più infastidito di noi. La qualità igienica della sala è del tutto insufficiente(in allegato le foto). E' stato trovato un capello nell'"amatriciana", il pollo crudo e i bicchieri sporchi. La colazione è stata relativamente confortante fino a quando non è stata presa dell'acqua da un dispenser che aveva un sapore aberrante. Le condizioni della struttura suggeriscono un'esperienza estremamente negativa e soprattutto diffidente verso i servizi offerti. Ritengo che sia una struttura da evitare se si hanno a disposizione alternative.

As soon as we enter we find dirty blankets, broken or dirty bathroom fixtures and the food is cold, without salt and difficult to eat. The waiters don't listen when asked or don't understand. I strongly advise against this hotel, a forgettable experience.

I would say what a terrible experience and very little. The staff is unfriendly and rude, the food is awful, raw and cold. Cleanliness leaves something to be desired. The placemats on the table haven't been washed for months and in the morning the table isn't even set. I would say to avoid

Terrible and very dirty structure, non-existent services and rude and lax staff, especially the women. I tried calling more than once with no response. Minimal and very poor quality services, dirty and hairy sheets, non-working television and absent technicians. TO ABSOLUTELY AVOID.

It's the worst of the worst. The shower booth is a mess, the exhaust fan is full of dust, and hair is rolling around in a 4-star hotel that feels like a prison. I wonder how it got 4 stars! I needed milk for my corn flakes for breakfast, so I looked for cold milk, and was told to have it with hot milk! Don't ever go there. The service is the worst and they ignore their customers. I told them that the outlet was dangerous, but it was okay and it just grew! This is a really irresponsible place. Never go there.
