Location is perfect near metro, but also you can walk to all the main spots. Rooms are nice and very clean, there is air-condition also. Bathroom is clean and in great condition. Shared balcony and kitchen are very well equipped with fridge, coffee machine, microwave. Tasty snacks left by host in room. Luca is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. Great place to stay when in Rome👌😊

Camera newyork in pessime condizioni, la polvere che regnava ovunque è la nota meno dolente, letto scomodo, bagno improponibile, colazione, se si può chiamare colazione merendine senza neanche la data di scadenza, impossibile dormire con la finestra aperta per il caldo e i rumori della strada. Decisamente ciò che mostra il sito non ha nulla a che fare con la relata delle camere. A Roma c'è decisamente di meglio anche ad un prezzo migliore. Le parole servono solo a prendere per i fondelli poi la qualità è altro.

Very central but NOT a hotel.4 bedrooms of a hall. We stayed in Londo room which was too warm at night had to phone owner for Airton remote as wasn't in room. Eco toilet was extremely loud when flushed you could hear Eguest in other rooms flush during night. Mattress ripped.press doors broke and pallet bed like sleeping on actual pallets very uncomfortable.Radiator and toilet taped together with black tape in parts. checked in late and had to phone owner to let us in then wanted a late check-in fee .would not stay again.
