It was not a room in the hotel it was the annex. We were loosing services that the hotel provided. The room was smaller of how it look in the picture. If they put you in this rooms they should be cheaper. It was close to a lot of places, that was kind of the good part of that place.

4 stars for the hotel and 1 star for the service. Unfortunately, the stereotypical could not care less atitude you used to see in Rome. We booked the room with view of the Spanish Steps, when we arrived there was no view. I spoke with the front desks and they said something about view not being guaranteed. I asked them to check the reservation I made directly through their website and when they realized their mistake they begrudgingly said they could change me the next day. The following day we asked for help calling a private car service because taxis were hard to come buy on Friday night. They response was “keep in mind this area is busy and you just have to try”. I would recommend Inn at Spanish Steps instead for the same price and better service. And if you have no other choice because of the price/location consideration then just expect nothing from the front desk and you should be fine.

My boyfriend and I stayed here in late February and would highly recommend! We booked by chance and couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The location is perfect. We walked everywhere as it was just 30 minutes to either the Vatican or the Colosseum. The street can be a bit on the noisy side but the selection of eateries and shops on the literal doorstep outweighed that for us. Upon arrival we even had a free room upgrade and it was just lovely - so spacious, clean and modern. Overall we couldn’t fault it and would definitely stay there again.

The hotels location made it really easy to visit many landmarks including shopping. The beds weren’t the most comfortable and it can get noisy but to be expected since we were in the city.

We were not able to sleep, few restaurants around the hotel and people stayed till 2:30 am talking loudly and laughing.
I asked for toothbrush also and they didn’t have.

Tivemos que reservar de última hora, pois tivemos problema com o hotel a qual tínhamos reservado, os funcionários são muito atenciosos, viram que estávamos muito cansados, fizeram questão de colocar nas malas no quarto e nos indicar um restaurante, pois já era tarde e o comércio estava fechando.
