The value is incredible because the rooms are really nice - the beds are very comfy, rooms have nice big windows that totally open, lots of space (especially for Rome), and a great wifi connection.

Awful experience in the Hotel. First of all, they installed a new A/C which did not work correctly, which in this season of the year in Rome is a must. Second of all, because of the of the new A/C, water leaked inside the bathroom, we told the Reception and did not recieve any help or support from them. Hot water would stop in the shower after 10 minutes, did not have good WIFI, not clean at all, horrible attention and attitude from people of the staff. And finally, no room service after we told the Staff we were out of toilet paper, so we needed to go out and buy it for ourselves

Kit de douche fournit, assez de serviettes, literie confortable. Pas de kit de démarrage dans le frigo.

It would be great if check in and check out instructions were provided ahead of time. When we got there we had no clue what to do and had to reach out to property , same for a check out . Otherwise great place , great location, nice host once in touch .

The property has nothing to do with the pictures shown. It was a very basic lower budget room We were charged more than $200’Euros the night with no breakfast available (the price said it included breakfast), horrible area, horrible bathroom, horrible view… it says it is close to the city center and it is not.we ended up going to another hotel the same day. We love giving great reviews but this is unacceptable for the price and the deceiving photos on the website. It is not a hotel , they are very basic rooms in an apartment building. they market it as a hotel. We do not recommend this place.

Communicatie ging vlot. Ik kreeg snel antwoord op mijn vragen en verzoeken. Inchecken probleemloos. Het appartement was ruim en schoon. De keuken was voorzien van meer dan genoeg benodigheden. Badkamers waren schoon en de douche was fijn. Klein kwartiertje lopen naar het Sint Pietersplein. Supermarkt was om de hoek. Het was goed te doen om vanuit het hotel het oude Rome te voet te verkennen met kinderen.
