The apartment was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. There were many useful amenities included and it was spacious enough for our family of four. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and provided a map and list of nearby locations such as cafes, taxi stands, atms, lankmarks, etc. The airport pickup service was essential and made for an easy and stressfree start to our trip. The best part of our stay was the lovely terrace on the top floor of the building. Cafe tables and chairs were surrounded by gorgeous flowers; it was the perfect way to relax and enjoy the outdoors.

In relation to other properties that we looked at for our stay the amount of space we had in our apartment for the cost of the rental was great!
Communicating with both Mark and Giulia was easy and prompt. They both offered recommendations and were so friendly. We even bumped into Mark a couple of times as he lives in the area! He checked in on us like we were old friends! It was outstanding!
We cannot say enough good things about our experience staying here.

I can not say enough about this hotel but I will start off with... location location location! This hotel is centrally located to everything. It was super clean! With balconies and small kitchen plenty of space and great decor! The staff were the best part. They were so helpful, they gave several recommendations that were top notch. They helped with luggage at check in and came back for check out. Booked a taxi for us as well. The restaurants recommendations were fantastic! There is a taxi stand around the corner and a local grocery as well. All within walking distance. You are so close to several sites like the pantheon and trevi fountain.

In the end of April - beginning of May, we have find a nice location in center of the Rome close to plenty site seeing's, not far and easy touch by walking. By contrary with what I would expect in the center of Rome, we found a comfortable/nice and well designed location with a specific perfume of old style combined with new design into a way of multifunctional apartment.

Couldn’t have asked for a better location or staff. Hotel is close to everything and so comfortable with plenty of room for 5 of us (myself, my wife and 3 kids). We walked out the door and restaurants and stores were literally 10 steps from our door. The staff helped me book transportation to our cruise port and back to the airport after our cruise…which was 10 days after we checked out. Can’t say enough good things. First class operation and everything was clean and super comfortable. Would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling with a family that doesn’t want to be crammed in a little hotel room. Worth every penny and more!!! Wish I could find a hotel this good in every city!!!

This apartment was in a newly renovated 1500 year old building which in now part of the Hisuite apartments. It was two bedroom two bath and it was more than enough room for the 4 of us. The apartment was clean, had a small kitchenette with coffee maker and electric stove top. The roof top terrace was the bonus to staying in the new addition of HiSuiteROME. Having a drink overlooking the rooftops of Rome was the best. HiSuite is located in the Piazza Navona area of Rome within walking distance to all of the sites. Small grocery store across the street and a supermarket within a five minute walk. Taxi stand, restaurants, pharmacy, laundromat all in the neighborhood. Very convenient.

Convenient location, close to everything!! So many cute restaurants feet’s from your door. Clean apartment, modern & elevator was a nice touch after walking long days. Laura was so responsive, helpful and resourceful! Highly recommend Hisuite Rome. This was our first visit and would definitely stay here again. Great stay!
