A hotel who only provides u a bed, nothing else. Very disappointed.
Lucky it is clean and the air con is working. But the staff are friendly.

The room is not new, but it is fully functional. Our family of three gave us a small suite with two bathrooms. Surprise! It is very close to the wishing fountain, and there is a subway for easy travel. The service at the front desk was very good. They gave me a map of Rome's attractions, etc., and also introduced me how to get to the Vatican.

Perfect for a city break in Rome travelling solo. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and help whenever you need it. Best of all is the location, so many places to eat, drink and shop around with the main attractions not far away either. 10/10 - Hopefully will stay again soon.

Stayed here for 4 nights with my wife and son. Clean and comfortable. Staff friendly. Room was big enough but shower cubicle a bit small. Reasonably quiet road (for Rome). 5 mins walk to a metro station, 7 mins stroll to the Trevi fountain. Bottom of the road is Tigre a reasonable sized supermarket. Also at the bottom on the corner, is The One hotel. You can get a good breakfast here for 12 euro. Coffee, bacon and eggs with a help yourself buffet for juice, meat, cheese, bread etc.

The staff was caring and polite. They helped me with confirming my flight and getting transportation to the airport. This hotel is located in the heart of Rome. They need to improve their WiFi on the third floor. They had good WiFi connection in the lobby.
