When I booked they gave me a different address than the one that appeared in the reservation on the website, when I complained they told me to try to change it as a "favor." Then they mentioned several times the "uprade" that they had supposedly done to us, trying to take credit when it was their mistake. It seems that having several apar**ents they do not have a clear indication of which is which, because I have read more comments with errors in the address. Shortly before arriving at the accommodation, the person in charge of receiving us told me that she was sick and that she would not be able to be there. We had to write to her and call her, making us waste more than half an hour waiting for her to give us instructions on how to access the accommodation. Average accommodation as we expected as it was one of the cheapest in Rome. The photos are quite retouched to make it look larger and more modern. But the truth is that it was clean and the communication to access the center and places to visit is very good. For me the worst is the management of the agency.

The location was not what was initially published, it was far from the subway station. The air conditioning did not work The hired bathroom should have been in the room but it was not in the room, you had to go through a hallway The shared kitchen was in poor condition. The shelves in the bathroom were a little damaged. The kitchen balcony was full of debris and a washing machine collected the garbage.

Decent stay, apar**ent not very well maintained (broken furniture, fridge in used condition, toilet needs to be flushed, etc.) but clean. Too bad the air conditioning didn't work from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., especially with temperatures over 25°C in the middle of August... Close to public transport (metro and bus) and well located in the city in general.
