勸大家千萬別住這家！！！避雷！！！！👎
這家酒店硬件設施設備真的非常破，2000多人民幣一晚的房價，住的房間設施不如國內的如家快捷酒店！真的太離譜！！！！！！
❌洗手池下水是堵的，水龍頭水量超級小，水龍頭一邊是壞的，被套破了個洞，燈罩也有蜘蛛網👎
酒店房間隔音極差，就是木板隔的，房間樓道走動，樓上活動，都能聽的一清二楚！？！！
然而，這樣的酒店竟然標着四星級？？？？？？
除了位置距離西班牙廣場步行10分鐘可達外，沒有任何優點！
房費的結算也嚴重有問題！匯率竟然是按照7.98計算？？？？？？可見2/15-2/24期間，人民幣兑歐元根本沒有到過如此高的匯率！這樣收費是搶錢嗎？！？！！！！

房間不大，但是精心設計，不會覺得侷促。位置非常好，走到人民廣場和西班牙廣場都很近的，附近吃玩方便，酒店露台晚上可以喝點小酒看看風景，很愜意。

地理位置得天獨厚，隔壁就是紀梵希，周邊購物便捷，酒店服務貼心周到，房間衞生乾淨整潔，如果來羅馬，會選擇再次入住。

離住這家酒店已經差不多快一個月了，剛剛刷牙突然想起來這個事情，我覺得我屬於基本不評價的人，除非遇到“特別”的事情。
這家酒店作為我意大利旅途最後一個落腳點，我是在到達羅馬前的火車上預訂的，六月份房價很貴 我預訂的房價為豪華房deluxe 6000+ 我的訴求衹有離chanel近一點+一個沙發床
到達酒店時候已經七八點了晚上 我們很累…在前台被告知我們酒店房間衹有最後一個了沒有沙發床（前台告知我需要打電話提前預約，但是xc上面是明確標明的）幾番交涉 後面給了我們一個帶陽台的房間（是酒店任命的豪華房）我真的很累了 而且是最後一晚 就算了
到達房間 真的是驚訝的小！房間可能都沒有國內五星級酒店廁所大，鏡子破碎也沒有維修，屋內有一種很濃厚的“香味” 陽台的話我去看了一眼就衹是一個陽台而且旁人搬來花壇就能進來在羅馬真的很不安全。實在不好意思我沒有拍照！
但是讓我覺得有意思的是我也挺喜歡這個酒店所以我想開評論一番！這個酒店性價比肯定是低的，但是位置確實格外好！走去chanel五分鐘可能就到了！意味着是購物的天堂！很方便！並且走到梵蒂岡可能也就半個小時 還有就是酒店會很妥善的保管你的行李，並且在你外出的時候幫你很快的叫好的士！很方便！
如果有下一次到羅馬…我會很糾結要不要再次入住這家酒店，大概率不會因為房間我太不喜歡，但是要我100%否定，我覺得它還是有閃光點的。如果你在糾結要不要預訂，我的建議是如果價格合適的話可以嘗試一下 因為許願池附近的景點都很難打車衹能步行也非常近。

Really substandard communication from Palazzo Nainer. My flight was cancelled and I had to adjust my trip, and though I contacted the hotel to try to work out an accommodation for different dates, they never responded! All I can gather is that they don't care.

Temizlik son derece kotu, en alttan en uste ***riciddi, arac istedik havaalanına, kimse gelmedı, muhtemelen organıze etmedıler, restoran sorduk biz yapalım rez. Dediler, yapmadılar. Odalar kesınlıkle supurulmemıs sılınmemıs. Ozel olarak talep edınce sildiler. Yemek salonunda koltuklarda kırıntılar, masalarda kırıntılar ama yenı servıs konmus. Tek cıddı calısan her ıse yardımcı olan uzun boylu bır bey. Otel muduru sozde ilgili ama icraat yok. Otelın konumu iyi

So glad we picked this place and would stay here again on our next visit. From the moment we arrived, the staff was extremely friendly and greeted us with a delicious cappuccino. Every person we interacted with there went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and helped us with recommendations, reservations, and anything we needed. The roof deck is a wonderful bonus and they have great food and drinks to go along with the beautiful, relaxing view. The square nearby is also quite nice and lively with lots of restaurants and bars/cafes around. The rooms were well maintained and had everything we needed in them, and most importantly the beds and pillows were very comfortable and we slept great.
