Room facilities are very good. The handsome guy and beautiful girl at the front desk were very considerate. Mainly near Trajan's Column, surrounded by a community of ancient Roman ruins. Early morning and evening are both great experiences to visit. However, the front desk arranged a room on the second floor, next to the elevator. The voice of the front desk on the first floor at night could be heard clearly in the room. Lasts until 11pm. I think this is not good. Greatly reduces the sense of good experience. I feel a bit sorry for a hotel of this level.

I couldn't stay at this hotel. It was a communication problem between the hotel and Ctrip. I received the confirmation, but there was no room when I arrived at the hotel. After a lot of communication, the hotel upgraded me to Anantara. This responsible attitude is still okay. I hope it will be next time. The first time I had a chance, he was very close to the attraction.

The staff was very friendly and what ever we needed just mints away spicily Franczsca from the reception she was very knowledgeable and too kind .. and the hotel is in the center of every thing walking less that 20 to 30 mints away . The roof top was amazing and nice view ..

Our stay was wonderful from the start to finish Francesca is was such a delight when we first arrived she gave us a list of restaurants to try (all wonderful) and even marked on a map all the must see things to do a see. The staff in the restaurant and rooftop bar are exceptional from learning your coffee order at breakfast in the morning to which drinks you like on the rooftop at sunset. Even the housekeepers who come by in the afternoon to check the room has been cleaned to your liking are wonderful. The location is perfect everything touristy is located within a 15 - 20 walk. Cannot fault this hotel we will most definitely be coming back.

Our recent stay at this hotel was an absolute delight. The location is unbeatable because it is so central. The staff are wonderful and our warm thanks for such a memorable stay to Ahmed, the Guest Relations Manager, to Costansa and his offsiders in reception, and to Gabriele and all the restaurant staff. Nothing was a problem for the crew at the hotel and we have already recommended the hotel to friends, and we would would certainly stay there again.

This is a really lovely hotel. It is superbly placed for all the attractions.. The staff are excellent. Nothing is too much trouble for them. It has a lovely roof top bar which closes at 11 but on Friday and Saturday is open till 12. They are very quick to clear up and it would have been nice if it was extended till 1. The hotel only has a small lift and you have to queue to use it at times. The rooms are spotless and cleaned extremely well. Only down side in our room was that there were no drawers.,but wardrobe was ok for a few days stay

First time visit to Rome and I was so happy I picked this hotel. Me and my wife loved it. The service was above and beyond and I loved the location. The room was super clean and believe me I am a weirdo when it comes to rooms and I had no complaints. I am actually booking another stay with them this summer.
