New, clean, perfect hotel. The host Luca and his sister welcomed me to the facility and were super nice and helpful! Very easy and convenient self check-in! Perfect location, in front of the San Pietro stop and a stone's throw from St. Peter's Basilica in the Vatican. Super recommended!!!

We stayed at San Pietro Suites for 3 nights and everything about our room was absolutely perfect. Luca and Martina were very kind, welcoming and great at giving us clear instructions. Everything we wanted to see in Rome was walking distance and it’s in a great, safe place, 3-4 minutes walk away from the nearest train station. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of a place to stay in Rome. Spacious, clean and well looked after rooms!

Charming room, spacious, bathroom updated- bed comfy! Near Vatican City. Very detailed instructions for self checkin. Many small cafes nearby for breakfast or dinner. Quiet neighborhood.

The apar**ent is great, in a very quiet area very close to the Vatican and with the train station 1 minute away, the room is quite good, everything very clean and new, the managers Martina and Lucas very nice and helpful, they found us a transfer to the airport pretty good.

Excellent location and connectivity.
100 meters from the Roma San Pietro train station, from where you can go by train to various destinations and the center of Rome. The hotel is 700 meters from St. Peter's Square. Interesting old building, but with an elevator. The floor of the building in which the hotel is located has been remodeled and the rooms are modern. Very good service from the staff.

Really liked the stay. Luca was very helpful, the hotel is located a bit far from the main attractions except the Vatican.
The local transport in Rome is really bad and you can’t trust the bus / train timings.
