Located just 15 mins walk from Termini station, recommended for travellers who need a short transit hotel base for travelling around rome. I took away 2 stars for service due to 1x indian male reception staff who provided below average service. He answered impolitely when I requested ice cubes, the same request I made previously. I think he was on shift for only 1 night. For the other nights, the lady did exceptional service. I took 3 stars of cleanliness due to sewage smell on the corridor and in the room during 2 days after check in. Room is comfortable, shower experience is good with glass separator, breakfast is excellent with various choice of healthy food.

This hotel is perfectly situated for walking to the Colosseum, Forum, Palatine Hill, Quirinal, and train station. There are many good restaurants nearby as well. Being on an upper floor and having basically soundproof rooms makes for a quiet, private, and safe experience. And the breakfast is really good.

Hotel locates in a good spot in Rome Overall is great, room a bit small than what we expected, couldn't open suitcase fully on the floor Staff are kind and helpful Breakfast is free and with good variety We also used the airport pick up service arranged by the hotel (surcharge) which was wonderful and convenient

This boutique hotel was very clean and cosy and a walkable distrance to the main attractions in a nice area. I liked the little extras touches the hotel offered and the attention to detail. There was a good selection for breakfast also and the staff were very helpful.

The Princeps Boutique Hotel was our home away from Home while we were in Rome. It was in walking distance to Trevi Fountain, the Colussem, the subway and many more. The Bed was very comfortable. We had the breakfast each morning and there was lots of variety. The team at the hotel was very helpful. I would recommend for anyone staying in Rome. Lots of great Restaurants very close by.

初めてのイタリアでの宿泊でした。
ホテルは入り口の水色の扉が閉まっていることがありますが、左側の壁のインターフォンを押すと開けてくれます。チェックイン後はカードで入れます。エレベーターは古いので使い方に戸惑うかもしれませんが、ドアがついているだけです。
【荷物】
チェックイン前も後も荷物を預けることができ、観光にとても便利でした。
【朝食】
朝食はバイキング形式で日本のホテルの朝食に慣れている人でも十分満足できると思います。7:30〜空いてるので朝から元気いっぱいトレヴィの泉など行けました。
【決済】
エクスペディア経由のクレジット決済で、不安でしたがきちんと支払いできました。

Excellent location and impeccable service. The rooms are spacious, bright and comfortable. Access is suitable even for people with some limitations. The breakfast is very varied and tasty - something rare in Europe. A much better hotel than the average normally found in the center of Rome. I intend to return.

The hotel is at a walkable distance from Roma Termini. Modern and clean room. Staff was friendly. We were told that heating was available but no ac at cold season. Luckily we can open the windows with a nice view.
