Ci informano che la jacuzzi è una “normale vasca da bagno” al momento di prendere possesso della stanza, quando non era stato specificato prima e si era sempre parlato di “stanza con jacuzzi”. Arriviamo che il pavimento è ancora bagnato, nonostante fossimo arrivati quasi 40 minuti dopo il primo orario di check-in. Tempo mezz’ora e non funziona più l’acqua calda, dopo una chiamata la proprietaria ci avverte che la caldaia è andata in blocco e dobbiamo attendere almeno un’altra ora e mezza per avere di nuovo l’acqua calda. Un bell’inconveniente per una stanza con una “normale vasca da bagno”! Per non parlare del fatto che la stanza sia in un seminterrato quasi al livello metro, cosa che ci consente di partecipare attivamente al passaggio della metro con rumore e tremolii. Tra l’altro la “jacuzzi” era piena di polvere e non pulita bene. Aggiungo che non aggiornano i prezzi dal loro sito da prima del covid (e a quanto pare nemmeno le foto delle stanze). Per il resto almeno personale disponibile. Non torneremo sicuramente.

Scelto per una notte a Roma questo b&b. La gentilezza e cortesia del proprietario sono la cosa migliore. Camera normale. Il problema è che la struttura si trova al piano terra e sotto passa la metro. Impossibile dormire. Una disavventura. Errore mio non aver letto le recensioni.

Ho prenotato in questa struttura attraverso booking dove dalle foto sembrava eccellente, ma aimè non è stato così. L'ingresso alla struttura è avvenuto da via Carlo Bartolomeo Piazza 1a ma la stanza vista da quella prospettiva era al livello inferiore dove si accedeva attraverso una scala stretta a chiocciola. Effetto diverso sarebbe stato se l'accesso l'avremmo fatto da via Ravenna. Arrivati nel "monolocale" si sentiva un'odore nauseante misto tra fumo e candeggina. Probabilmente gli inquilini precedenti non avevano rispettato l'obbligo di NON fumare all'interno del monolocale. Altro problema è stato riposare in quanto sotto passava la metro. Unica cosa positiva è la posizione. Collegato molto bene. Non ci ritorneremo

Very nice owner, but dirty facility! It is practically impossible to sleep as the metro passes under it! Very cold room! We asked her if she could turn on the heating a little earlier we were told no! For what we paid it is not worth it!
