Nothing wonderful, from the tiny towels to dry the body, they offer a buffet and then they say that since 2023 they don't have any and the building is old and ugly. It's more of a motel. The person who assisted me was friendly and responded promptly at all times and thanks to ******* who made the hotel change for me.

We stayed in the ISpa room with a Jacuzzi, chromotherapy shower and room lights that could change colour. It was like living in a fairy tale. All GORGEOUS. Thanks to John for the availability and efficiency of each service, even breakfast in the room with a very good breakfast box. EXCELLENT location, a stone's throw from the center and from every place of interest. We will definitely be back!!!

We stayed 5 days the week before Easter in the ILove iroom. Fun and functional room design, suspended bed with very comfortable mattress, ideal for resting after days of intense walking. Excellent and relaxing jacuzzi in the room, spacious and comfortable bathroom. There is the iPad for controlling the lights and for many other useful little pieces of information. Excellent location for visiting the center of Rome (5 minutes from Piazza Venezia, 5 minutes from the Pantheon, a quarter of an hour from the Colosseum) but also a pleasant quarter of an hour's walk from Trastevere where there are many excellent venues. For those less inclined to walk there is a taxi park 2 minutes away. Breakfast is served in the room via a box with fresh products, the minibar is free and is constantly replenished. If I have to find a flaw, I must say that the sound insulation towards the outside leaves a little to be desired and can certainly be improved.

My boyfriend and I stayed in the IZen room with the holiday bonus at the end of November and it was a great experience. Through the instructions John provided us, it was easy to check in virtually and enter the room as soon as we arrived. The room is very spacious, there is a breakfast table and a compartment with hangers where you can store your suitcases or backpacks. The funniest part was being able to change the color of the lights via the tablet; I also really appreciated the hot tub because it was really nice to be able to relax after the long walks. A plus also goes to the smart TV with Netflix included and 3D glasses. Cleaning was done every day and the fridge stocked with water and everything you needed. The location was also excellent, we were very close to Piazza Venezia, Campo dei Fiori and the Pantheon. The Colosseum however is about 15 minutes from the hotel.

We wanted to try something a little different and spent 4 nights at this hotel. We arrived in Rome by train, at Termini station. From there we took metro B and in two stops got off at the Colosseum. Then 15 minutes of magnificent walk along Via dei Fori Imperiali and in front of the Altar of the Fatherland and we arrived. Check in managed online with instructions transmitted to your mobile phone. All very smartphone and simple, without any hitches. We took an iZen room with a jacuzzi. Pros: the location, absolutely central and very convenient for getting around the entire historic center on foot, without necessarily having to take public transport. Comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast in the room (for covid) mixed sweet and savory, fair and good. Direct contact with cell. with the contact person for the stay, available to respond and provide information quickly. Large TV screen with apps including Netflix included. Cons: the jacuzzi had a poor water jet and the power of the hydromassage wasn't great either, but the sensation was still pleasant. The chromotherapy wasn't working, we reported it but nothing was resolved. Cleaning a little rough. I had purchased a "Romatic Escape" package for the price of 60 euros, which was exaggerated for the service offered: 1 bottle of wine, a few bowls of fruit, grapes, blackberries and some raspberries. The writing on the mirror was ok, while the chosen song was missing. I wouldn't take it again. For value for money it was good, the location certainly raises the bar.

Friendly staff, cool rooms, more for younger travelers, breakfast box every day with room service, very accommodating, a little harder to find, clean rooms adequate for a city trip. Central location (Colloseum and Trevi Fountain within walking distance)

At the end of this journey, the first thought that comes to mind is the desire to return to this structure. Staff always friendly and available for any need. We stayed overnight in the izen room with a hearty breakfast, hydromassage and many other services all included to make this experience one of a kind.
