This is to the hotel management. Why are you guys saving money on personnel? Put at least 2 people on breakfast service, buy a proper coffee machine and close the morning bar service for coffee because people want to have quick breakfast and get the hell out! No eggs, no sausage, nothing was refilled because single server is just running between tables serving f@₽cking coffee!!!! Put some hot sausage and eggs for breakfast - easy to make and all clients will appreciate HOT breakfast! One more - you have yoghurt and corn flakes BUT YOU DON'T HAVE SPOONS!!! Come on! For the money you're charging you're NOT PROVIDING ANY DECENT SERVICE, besides the place to sleep, which is also old and outdated. The hotel is located next to the Torre Spaccata metro station (green line or C line), about 10 km from Rome city center. Trip to Vatican, for example, takes 45 minutes with one change to red line. Definitely needs renovation, paper walls. NO AIR CONDITIONING in the rooms. Looks like room price is formed based on the "Rome is a tourist city, we have tons of people visiting daily. **** it, let's charge 150+ EUR for **** and get away with it." basis. Not recommended!!!

The staff was amazing. Breakfast was simple Italian cornettis and tortas. The 2 young ladies were attentive and make great cappucinos. Very easy to catch the metro and bus service with plenty of little shops and stores for things needed.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. However, the voices of the people next door and the noise from the cars were too loud and it was a bit uncomfortable. The free breakfast was a great service. I'd like to stay here again!

... hotel surrounded by greenery in a strategic position, between the centre, the C metro, and the ring road. Newly renovated, modern hotel, with great attention to detail, with taste and class, from the hall to the rooms, breakfast room with a variety of 5-star hotel food. clean, comfortable and quiet room. All the staff were very kind and helpful, for every request. I highly recommend to everyone!

A stay to forget. Already upon arrival you are welcomed by staff who are not particularly trained and are not interested in offering you well-being, but rather in asking you to pay for your stay immediately. The room is a disaster: small (there were three of us) to the point that a bedside table had to be removed otherwise the third bed wouldn't have fit. Non-existent double bed: two beds pushed together without topper. Nigh**are bathroom with cracks in the jambs filled with white powder (insecticide???). The room is generally not very clean with a bidet that moves and the drain acting up. But how do you keep such structures open? The breakfast is not special (I remember that theoretically we are in a four-star hotel) but compared to the rest it is acceptable if it were not for the fact that the room smells of old and poorly cleaned furniture. Experience to forget.

I stayed with my family in this hotel (if you can call it that) on the occasion of a music competition. The sign at the gate has 4 stars, the one inside the courtyard has 3 stars: it wasn't even worth one star, it would have been too many. Convenient location due to its proximity to the music school. This is all the positive things I can say. The rest was a nigh**are. The structure is dilapidated. Among other things, I learned that it was recently restored (I imagine how it was before 😱) They gave us a room that would be a sacrilege to define it as such. Fridge non-existent, air conditioners not working except for one which gave off a bad smell as soon as it was turned on; on the wardrobes there was a finger of dust and various objects thrown there probably after the restoration; the very small and dilapidated bathroom, with a socket not taken because it didn't work (if you wanted to fix your hair in front of the only mirror you couldn't do it (either you were phoning/straightening yourself or you used the camera on your cell phone as a mirror. The hairdryer (considered that there were no sockets in the bathroom) had been placed on a socket in the room and placed on the desk; shower with curtain of undefined color (black/brown) as the stagnation of water had ruined it not to mention the rise in yellowed plastic (risk of fungi); toilet brush with residue from other customers (this was the thing that made me vomit); the shower head was not removable so even if you didn't intend to shampoo you had to do it of course. We asked for headphones and the answer was categorical (we don't have them); my husband had a nosebleed during the night: the cleaning ladies made up the bed regardless of the very visible blood stains (for the series). ...we don't care because you have to sleep there); mattress without even a mattress cover (bottom sheet placed directly on top of it), dirt and dust on all sides. I have much more to say but I'd better stop here. Moral of the story: Run away and don't even stop in front of the gate: you risk remote typhoid

Terrible room with humidity and unpleasant smell. I don't know the status of the others but the last one that was given to me I had to leave. I also asked about the problem of the dirt found but they didn't have another room to give me.

The hotel was under renovation, the carpets were dirty. They don't do cleaning service in the room, they don't change the towels, they were doing repairs in my room
