Piccolo hotel credo 10 camere la mia camera sita al primo piano era completamente ristrutturata molto bella e soprattutto pulita grande pregio molto silenziosa Personale gentile e posizione strategica vicino la stazione termini 10 minuti a piedi ma si può anche prendere il tram oppure la fermata Manzoni della metro si trova sempre a 10 minuti a piedi Sulla colazione non posso dire niente perché ho mangiato altrove Comunque dovessi tornare a visitare Roma non ci sono dubbi sull'hotel .

Les ressorts du matelas et les murs porteur sur les évacuation d'eau ... Après avoir envoye un premier commentaire, ils m'ont envoyé un message très raciste envers les français "Essayez d'être plus poli parce que vous êtes toujours français" !! On ma demande ce que c'était mon problème parce que j'avait juste dit que le lit était a ressort ce qui est vrai, ok il est a latte mais le matelas est en ressort ... Le personnel était sympas sur place mais hypocrites !! Déçu ...

Purtroppo devo dire che ho avuto a che fare con persone non del tutto trasparenti e sincere. Li ho fatti scrivere da Booking per un sacco di volte per affrontare una mia problematica ma non hanno mai risposto. Poi quando li ho chiamati per telefono per sviare l argomento dicono che non c’è mai il responsabile , oppure inventano scuse del tipo “oggi è domenica “. Le stesse risposte venivano date anche agli operatori di Booking. Purtroppo non metto mai recensioni di questo tipo, ma in questo caso mi trovo costretto a segnalare il tutto anche qui.
