The room is quite big, but the toilet seat is loose and the quilt cover is also very sloppy.

Facilities: The facilities and environment are average, but they are clean and tidy. It takes about ten minutes to go to the train station. The bus is not very convenient.

beautiful, very polite staff, nice and very clean rooms, very nice, 10 minutes walk from Termini and 10 minutes from the Manzoni metro. Owner very helpful in giving advice and helping with the itinerary. I highly recommend

I appreciate the efficiency of ********** in resolving my problem with paying for my stay. The hotel charged me a daily rate that was already paid. I contacted ********** in Italy and the situation was promptly resolved and I was refunded the double amount paid.
The hotel is a little far from the attractions and we have few restaurant and shopping options nearby.
Bedroom and bathroom in the basement, very cramped and with small windows.

Unfortunately we only stayed one night in this property. Simple, nice and above all managed with great availability and professionalism. Very comfortable and intimate room and very convenient to Termini (about 1 km on foot), I recommend it to everyone!

It was newly renovated but shower head was an issue. Glad only staying one night because it was not so convenient to tourist attractions and did not feel very safe at night.

Das Zimmer war groß, komplett modernisiert, trotz Fenster zur (Neben-)Straße. Mit safe auf dem Zimmer. Sehr sauber! Es hat ca. 9 Zimmer, die offensichtlich alle neu renoviert sind. Der Hoteleigner ist ständig vor Ort, sein Mitarbeiter spricht klasse Englisch. Kommunikation also kein Problem. Frühstück ist reichhaltig - kontinental - der Kaffee wird Tasse für Tasse frisch zubereitet. Ausgezeichneter Service in allen Belangen - nicht nur beim Frühstück! Und preislich ein Hit. Hotel liegt knapp 500 Meter von der Station MANZONI. Hier bietet sich die Tram für die Fahrt ins alte Rom aals Alternative an - je nach Ziel. Hotel ist eine klare Empfehlung... für eine Wiederholung und Freunde!
