Agradeço a eficiência do hotéis.com em resolver meu problema de pagto da estadia. O hotel me cobrou uma diária que já estava paga. Entrei em contato com o hotéis.com na Itália e prontamente a situação foi resolvida e me devolvido o valor pago em duplicidade.
O hotel é um pouco afastado das atrações e temos poucas opções de restaurantes e compras ali por perto.
Quarto e banheiro tipo no subsolo, bem apertado e com pequenas janelas.

Siamo stati una sola notte purtroppo in questa struttura. Semplice, carina e soprattutto gestita con molta disponibilità e professionalità. Stanza molto confortevole ed intima e molto comoda a Termini (circa 1 km a piedi), Consiglio a tutti!

It was newly renovated but shower head was an issue. Glad only staying one night because it was not so convenient to tourist attractions and did not feel very safe at night.

Das Zimmer war groß, komplett modernisiert, trotz Fenster zur (Neben-)Straße. Mit safe auf dem Zimmer. Sehr sauber! Es hat ca. 9 Zimmer, die offensichtlich alle neu renoviert sind. Der Hoteleigner ist ständig vor Ort, sein Mitarbeiter spricht klasse Englisch. Kommunikation also kein Problem. Frühstück ist reichhaltig - kontinental - der Kaffee wird Tasse für Tasse frisch zubereitet. Ausgezeichneter Service in allen Belangen - nicht nur beim Frühstück! Und preislich ein Hit. Hotel liegt knapp 500 Meter von der Station MANZONI. Hier bietet sich die Tram für die Fahrt ins alte Rom aals Alternative an - je nach Ziel. Hotel ist eine klare Empfehlung... für eine Wiederholung und Freunde!
