We loved the location (5min of walk from metro/piazza del popolo). You can basically do majority of sightseeing by foot. Apartments are clean and spacious. The only downside is a modest breakfast. Staff is friendly and helpful. Overall I would recommend this place to all who want to spend a few days in Rome and not bother with public transport or taxis.

Honestly, the 5 star reviews leave me quite shocked. Except for the location which is certainly excellent but otherwise we were disappointed. The room is old and not looked after at all, it unmistakably shows the signs of time, ruined wood, chipped kitchen, outdated bathroom...

Ottima camera, pulizia e comfort al top. Si nota la differenza rispetto ad altri B&B della zona, perfino più cari, per i particolari: nella doccia il portasapone e porta shampoo, il kit di cortesia con spazzolino, il prosecco, i biscotti di benvenuto, la macchinetta per il caffè con le cialde.
