Wonderful hotel. Clean. Excellent staff, responsive. They told me where to go and what to see, how best to get to tourist places. Since there is no restaurant at the hotel, breakfast is brought to your room. You can see the Colosseum from the window, this is a nice bonus. I recommend this hotel!

Excellent weekend stay at top floor collosso house apart hotel. Valeria and staff were friendly and helpful. The location was very close to the colosseum and within walking distance to all the major attractions within Rome. Would recommend!

We spent 5 nights here with my husband. Simple but nice and cozy guesthouse in the heart of the city at the top floor of a condo. Perfect room with all the amenities you may need. Very very comfortable bed, good sleep is guaranteed. I have to mention the staff, they all really nice and friendly, especially Valeria who fulfilled all our requests during our stay. Towels are changed every day and smells really good! You can heat the room with the air conditioner if needed (as we stayed in February it was a huge advantage). We loved the breakfasts every morning. They bring everything you want and add more of it. :D Stuffed croissants are the best! Make sure you check Whats App (or equivalent message application) before your arrival as Valeria sent all the details about checking in but my husband forgot to watch when we arrived. Anyways we solved this minor issue and had a wonderful stay after it. We would like to express our gratitude for the wonderful hospitality and recommend this amazing place for everyone to stay. Plus the Colosseum is 10 minute walk away which is the best thing ever. One thing which can be better: it would be great if you could put full lenght mirror into the room. :)

Perfect place: location (a stone's throw from Roma Termini station and five minutes from the Colosseum), cleanliness of the rooms, breakfast... not to mention Valeria, truly adorable!!! When we return to Rome it will be our point of reference!
