There was a lot of noise coming from the rooms above and next to our room as well as a noise from outside near the Metro entrance. The room size was very good and the bathroom has plenty of hot water.

la struttura una delusione , non rispecchia per niente le foto viste su booking, camere sporche , piene di polvere e muffa, puzza di fogna , i letti abbastanza comodi , unica cosa positica la posizione strategica , davanti al portone si trova fermata metro Manzoni , vicinissimi al centro storico

Muy buena ubicación con parada de metro en la puerta para ir a cualquier zona del centro o al Vaticano. El coliseum a 10 minutos andando en línea recta. Muy amplio, cómodo y limpio. Volvería a repetir sin pensarlo. Relación calidad-precio muy bien.

Warning to those reserving Unit 108. This unit is in bad shape, esp. lots of mold in the shower and below the window in the bedroom. The faucet in the kitchenette is not properly fixed to the counter. The fridge smells. No North American essential appliances like microwave oven and toaster and coffee maker. Otherwise, perfect day to day cleaning, a metro station on the doorstep (2 stations away from Termini, the main transportation hub), walking distance to Colosseum. The pictures in the advertising do not show the tags (graffiti) on the entry door to the hotel either…

l'unica cosa buona la posizione. del resto sporchissimo, polvere lasciata lì da mesi, puzza di fogna nel bagno, capelli che otturato gli scarichi dei lavandini, lavello della cucina e termosifone del bagno dissaldati. E poi ... uno slime verde appiccicato sul soffitto! Monello l'ospite bambino, ma possibile che non l'abbiamo rimosso prima di altri arrivi? Durante la nostra permanenza hanno fatto entrare operai per montare un soffietto in bagno senza ripulire dopo il lavoro. Scandaloso!

Staff was very friendly at this property but the condition was not great. The place was generally clean, but pretty old and run down. We rented 3 rooms, and there were missing soap dispsensers for the shower, missing blankets for the room (where they also ran out of spare ones too), broken faucets, pretty worn sofa pullouts, just to name a few issues. I wasn't expecting much, but you're definitely getting the bare minimum. It's fine for a quick overnight stay, but I don't plan on renting this place again if I come back.
