The room was very clean and comfortable. The young lady who brought our breakfast and cleaned the room was very friendly. The checkin and out process was very smooth. It is located within walking distance of major attractions and in a great neighborhood. Definitely would stay there again.

Attention ce sont des chambres d hôtes donc pas de réception en dehors du créneaux 8h 13 h - si retard vol vous trouverez porte close et impossible de les joindre !!!! Nous avons passé la 1ere nuit dehors ! Donc 1 nuit de réservation petit dej perdus. Je précise qu il n y aucun repère qui nous indique la présence d un hôtel ou autre. L arrivée de nuit est donc compliquée !

Nous avions une chambre quadruple : 4 adultes. La chambre est très propre, la literie confortable , rien a redire. Le B&B est très bien situé , a 15mn du Vatican et le coeur de Rome est accessible à pied. Le petit déjeuner est correct mais doit être commandé la veille par WhatsApp car il est livré en chambre. Attention cependant, dimanche nous avions une visite guidée et devions quitter la chambre a 8h30, le petit déjeuner nous a été servi 5mn avant donc nous ne l'avons pas apprécié. Le prix est très raisonnable, c'est ce qui aiti e notre choix. moins de 400 euros à 4 pour 2 nuits.. Sinon c'est compliqué pour prendre possède la chambre, tout se fait par WhatsApp et nous n'avions pas reçu de code. Si vous ne parlez ni angl6ni italien, passez votre chemin.

don't be fooled by the name. it's an apar**ent. someone has bought floor 1 and converted all the apar**ents into "Hotel" everything was responsive, the breakfast was terrible, 4 toasts, 2 juices of bad taste, 2, coffee, marmalade bags on a cart driven into the room. disgusting, no egg, no cheese, nothing. Very Bad . mold in the shower, electrical sockets loose, I can't even write the rest..

Da migliorare la colazione servita in camera, materassi troppo molli, insonorizzare meglio le camere e le porte, in camera filtrava la luce dal corridoio, i dispenser presenti in doccia andrebbero sostituiti La posizione ottima per spostarsi ovunque è infatti possibile raggiungere agevolmente a piedi sia il Vaticano, sia il centro della città. La zona è molto ricca di ristoranti, pizzerie, negozi e supermarket; fermata metropolitana a 300 mt Pulizia della camera ottima e signora delle pulizie disponibile; Interazione con l’host da migliorare comunicazioni solo whatsapp e sono ancora in attesa della fattura

This is not a hotel, more like an Airbnb. There is no reception. It’s a flat in a building with 4 rooms. You need to call a person to checkin who gives you directions to get the keys. Did not like the process at all. The room size and bathroom was decent but very outdated. Breakfast is served to your room and very basic. I booked this property because of the ratings which are very untrue. The only positive thing about the property is the neighbourhood. It’s very quite and there are good restaurants around it. Long walk to the main attractions.
