Very clean hotel with large room, very kind reception staff, strategic location close to everything.

Good location and nice stay!

The location of the hotel is good, about 15 minutes from Roma Termini. Very good breakfast. The size of the room and bathroom are perfect. Room cleaning is very bad. We stayed at the hotel for 5 days and the only thing they did was make the bed. Air conditioning worked, but it looked like it hadn't seen a cleaning in a long time. Would not stay again . Bad value for money.

I got a room with a balcony, but it smelled bad when I went in. The breakfast was OK. I stayed for two nights in total. The next day, the air conditioner was broken. I went to the front desk at night and no one came off work at night. I left a note saying that the air conditioner was broken, but there was no one there. To deal with, the last night I slept hot and sweated.

3-star hotel that does not have 3-star standards in the slightest but at most 1 star, I found the room very dusty, the curtain and the window broken and the refrigerator detached, the WI-FI didn't even work. The only advantage is the proximity to the main tourist places

Hotel out of the city center. Very warm welcome from the staff who were pleasant on our arrival and throughout our stay. We were two in a room on the 3rd floor. The AC couldn't be turned off, and it blew hot air all the time. The television does not work, few toiletries in the bathroom, damaged and very old furniture…

The Wi-Fi network is very poor, sometimes there is no hot water, the front desk only goes to 9:30, but the service attitude of the front desk is very good. There is luggage storage, but there are seven to eight stairs to get to the front desk. There is no elevator

Old room, no soundproofing, prehistoric electrical outlets, mattresses and pillows as hard as concrete, no table, no chair, no glass or cup for brushing your teeth. Tiny bathroom, the toilet bowl, uncomfortable because it is very narrow, is very poorly placed and hinders access to the shower. The shower cubicle is so small that a heavy person could not use it. And to top it all off, a nasty smell of pipes fills the entire room. As for the breakfast, it is like the rest, that is to say very bad (very limited choice and poor quality of products). The quality/price ratio is dismal. But where have the 3 announced stars gone? This hotel has no comfort. None.
