テルミニ駅から近く、立地がとても良かったです。エレベーターもちゃんとあり、敷地内に段差も特にないので大きな荷物でも問題ありませんでした。フロントのスタッフの方々はどの方も丁寧で気持ちのいい対応でした。お部屋も寝るだけでしたので十分でした。無料のお水や、歯ブラシ、シャンプーなどはありません。チェックアウト後に荷物を預けたいと言ったところ、快く荷物置き場として一つのお部屋？を案内していただけましたが、そこには鍵がかかっているわけでもなく誰でも出入りできるようになっているので少し注意は必要かなと思いました。
全体的にとても満足です。

Para empezar, no me he alojado en el Hotel Raeli Lazio (que reservé) porque me reubicaron sin explicación alguna. No puedo valorar una cosa que no he disfrutado, como tampoco considero que debería pagar algo que reservé y que no tuve. Si tengo que valorar donde me alojé (mejor dicho, donde eligieron ustedes que me alojara) la puntuación es 0. Hotel, experiencia, servicio, personal, extremadamente denigrante. Una vergüenza.

This property was super easy to locate from the Rome Termini (my first time in Rome). Just a few minutes walk away and clear signs. The front desk receptionist (Christina) was excellent. She went well above my expectations helping us navigate Rome and make reservations. We were able to store our luggage when we arrived (at 10 am) and go back later to check in which was super convenient. Our room was adequate although we didn't figure out how to work the A/C. The bathroom was large and the whole room was very clean. Breakfast was very good. However, the walls must be paper thin. Snoring from the room next to mine kept me awake much of the night. This is my only complaint with this facility.
