Navona Gallery Suites

If you want a taste of real Roman Life, then this is your place. If you're looking for your Ramada American Inn and donuts with a waffle pan, then stay away from this piece of authentic realism in a 400+year old building. Imagine a true piece of Italian history built around the time of the Renaissance. Central to everything in Rome and nestled on a beautiful street with shops, restaurants and bars just 5min from the Piazza Novana. Triaino and Sylvia went out of their way to make us comfortable after a long cruise and arranged prime limo transfer from the port to hotel and then again from hotel to airport. The Grand Terrace room/apar**ent was exactly what we were looking for. Our breakfast cafe was 30ft from the 400+year old front door and another piece of adventure to explore. The cafe owner and staff were delightful and accommodating. No Fruit Loops there so don't bother. My wife and I truly had a wonderful stay. Comfortable King size bed, 2 bathrooms both with bidets, living room/kitchen mini great room with a sleeper fold-away couch, hallway with 2 single beds, and best of all our very own terrace with a 2000-year-old pillar built around. In closing, expect realism and not some chain hotel built on appearance. Respect the adventure of waiting for 5 minutes until the shower gets hot, just like the average Roman waits. The sounds of the night life right outside your front door and the Gelato shop 15 paces away. Treat yourself to some true realism and stay here.

Great location with all the sights of Rome in walking distance. It’s an old property so if you like boutique rooms this is not for you. If you like well maintained character with lots of charm then this is the place for you. If you book continental breakfast you go to a local restaurant. The service there is good and friendly. Lots of good quality bars and restaurants around the hotel. Owners are very helpful and can sort transport to and from the airport

Perfect location near the Piazza Navona. Clean rooms with all the amenities you need. Good WIFI connection. Friendly staff. Would stay again with pleasure. But don't forget, it is the very center of historical Rome, and accordingly it is expensive.

Excellent location, good service.

Fantastic location right next to Piazza Navona. The suite we had was on the ground floor. It had a hallway and a bedroom with a bathtub in the bedroom. The suite was full of beautiful antique furniture and it had a modern shower room. The welcome from Traiana was excellent. I would definitely want to return to this accommodation. However, our suite had only a very tiny window high up on one wall and no other natural light. So next time I will request a room with some more natural light. Also, on the website there is a photo of a big bowl of fruit and it states that breakfast is served in the property. We were given vouchers for a local cafe. We could either have a croissant or an omelette. There was no other choice. I would probably prefer to not include breakfast and instead choose one of the local cafes for breakfast. Overall the quality of the accommodation was excellent and , as we love this location, we will book again.

We had a great family outing at this beautiful scenic place Staff and management gave us a very warm welcome. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Services were very attentive n gracious. A must try place for your vacation. Expect a top notch customer service !

We stayed here for 3 nights with my 16 year old daughter. The guest house is on a busy street filled with restaurants bars ,icecream shops and boutiques. Its set in a beautiful old style building and people tend to sit on the steps and drink but once in the garden suites there is nothing but silence which was great and a gate for further security. The guestroom was very spacious with 2 double beds and a bathroom . We had everything we needed from a hair dryer ,bottles of water , opener , teas , coffee , chocolates and loads of lovely products in the bathroom. We met Anne on our arrival who is so helpful and deligent. They organised our pick up which cost us 80 euro from FCO airport. The hotel is around the corner from Piazza Navona however we always returned to the street the guest house is on as there is a winebar on your doorstep with a great a**osphere. We could walk to a lot of places within a couple of minutes. We got a taxi to the vatican and got ripped off , its 10 euro and first guy charged us 20 euro . It was 50 euro in a taxi back to FCO airport and the taxi rank is litterally around the corner from the guesthouse. We found prices for food and drink were cheaper than that in Ireland even with taxes added on. There us a food place on the door step of the guesthouse where people queue to get in and the owner is so nice also. We would 100 percent have no problems recommending the guesthouse and would love to return again :) 😀
