Check in was smooth and easy and friendly. Arrived to our room and we were immediately disappointed. Very small room. Towels are cheap and thin. Soap is in sachets. Bunk beds creaked. Breakfast was so bad we went to a cafe down the street. We were supposed to stay 3 nights, but they thankfully let us change our stay to 1 night and we found a place nearby that was 1000x better.

Quiet stay along Main Street within walking distance of major attractions, Metro, and bus station. Only a continental breakfast but good enough to carry us through the day.

Accueil sympathique, chambre et salle d'eau propres et literie confortable, petit-déjeuner italien très bien. Moteur de climatisation très bruyant dans la courette. La clim/chauffage s'est mise en route au milieu de la nuit et la télévision s'est éclairée toute seule à 7 heures ??? S'agit-il d'une maison hantée ? Restaurant conseillé très bien, commerces à proximité ouverts très tard. Maison très reposante après une journée dans le brouhaha de Rome.

Sistemazione eccellente a 2 passi dal centro! David, il proprietario, è una persona davvero cortese e disponibile. La camera è molto piacevole, completa di aria condizionata, tv, cassaforte, spazio per valigie e 2 comodini. Letto comodissimo, camera estremamente pulita (riordino giornaliero, su richiesta può essere evitato). Bagno spazioso e completo. La colazione è semplice ma apprezzabile, in collaborazione con un bar delle vicinanze che porta in loco ogni mattina verso le 7.45 dei cornetti. Ci tornerò certamente, non è così scontato trovare una sistemazione economica e così ordinata a Roma!

Consigliatissima! Guesthouse molto molto bella, posizione strategica vicinissima al colosseo. Pulita e davvero super comfort, il receptionist è davvero tanto gentile e anche la colazione è ricca di tanto cibo. La consiglio davvero tanto! Sicuramente ci rivedremo!

Hotel modesto y sin lujos, bien situado, buen precio y muy buena atención de su personal. Acceso con código por si llegas tarde (como nuestro caso) No se puede pedir más. Desayuno incluido, un poquito escaso pero suficiente, buen café. Por poner un pero, la nevera enfriaba bastante poco, pero el aire acondicionado lo compensaba.

Absolute great value for the money. The location was perfect. Once you exit termini station, head left and go about 8 minutes down Via Cavour Street. It's really easy to find. There is a great pasta place directly across the street. It just says pizza and pasta over the door, but we ate there twice for lunch and was delicious. Also, 1min up from it is a little mini mart we frequented every night for snacks and drinks. Oh, and a bar of soap. We had room #6, which is a queen bed with twin bunk beds. My teenage girls liked having their own bed. The room was super clean. Breakfast in the morning is self-serve, which we liked. They had pastries, coffee/cappuccino machine, milk/chocomilk, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, corn flakes cereal, toast and cheese. Good breakfast to start a long day of walking. Talking about walking, it takes 8 mins to get to the colosseum, 15 minutes to trevi fountain, 20 minutes to Pantheon, about 40 minutes to Vatican City. The day we visited vatican City, we took the metro there, and it was a 10-minute walk to it. Then, we walked back to the hotel. Plus, we wanted to see more of Rome. We stayed 3 nights in Florence for the price of 4 nights here, and this place was way better. Would stay here again easily.

The place was very well located, easy to move to historic locations. The room was very clean and confortable. The sheets were not very pleasant but that is very personal in what each one likes. Our biggest problem was the air conditioning, it didn't cool enough. Overall, it was an excellent place to stay, I would stay again if I traveled to Rome again.

Reservamos 2 habitaciones, una doble y una cuádruple con cama de matrimonio y litera. La ubicación genial, el desayuno estupendo. Todo muy familiar, gran atención por parte de David tanto en persona como por WhatsApp. En todo momento respondiendo al instante cualquier duda. Sin lugar a dudas muy recomendable y si volviera repetiría en este lugar. Calidad-precio muy bueno
