It was suprising that there was no staff at all. The check in was done with Whatsapp messages/calls with phone using own 4G data. Check in process was very confusing and time consuming. Most of the time WIFI didn't work or was VERY slow. When traveling abroad it is mandatory to have, we never book room with out WIFI. Breakfast was suppose to be in different building all along, but instead of that, we got our "breakfast" brought by a cleaning lady. Breakfast was two briossi buns covered in plastic, two cans of milk and jar of instant coffee. There were rules including that you mustn't change the settings of air condition, guests were not allowed, alcohol was prohibited and so on. The room looks good in pictures but the reality is something else, we didn't feel safe in the room. Check out was impossible to do so the B&B charged credit card without telling us even though we did ask how do we pay the first we arrived. The only good thing was location. Would not recommend.

I can only say that I received punctual and largely satisfactory assistance, the structure and the manager proved to be very serious and correct. Contactable quickly, they immediately resolved my personal unexpected situation. Highly recommended.

The Stadio Olympico is easy to reach on foot.
The accommodation was perfectly fine for one night.
The service is very impersonal, however. We had to check in by phone. In other words, we were told how to get to the hotel on the phone. We were also woken up at 9 a.m. and had to hand over the room key, even though check-out was agreed at 10 a.m.
Breakfast is available in a nearby restaurant. It is just 1 croissant and 1 coffee.

I will just say that the only positive thing about this structure is the place in which it is located. But since there are other structures in the area, few words to the wise. I wonder, when professionalism falls apart, if there is anyone on the other side who is truly convinced that customers are ******.

The staff at this BB are absent, but only physically. The owner guides you from the door to your room with detailed explanations on everything: access, bedroom, bathroom, air conditioning, cleaning, breakfast and minibar. it can be reached via mobile phone for anything, moreover the room is always well cleaned as well as the bathroom, towels and soaps always OK, complete washing and sheets if needed. The true value of hospitality is in understanding the guest's needs. and here we are 100% alright

It is an extremely modern B&B. The owner let us in through a remote-controlled automated system. The rooms are clean and welcoming (well equipped with air conditioning, television and refrigerator). Our room also had a terrace. The bathroom was clean and functional (the only small flaw was a very small sink). A special thank you goes to Jessica at the reception (really very nice, helpful and friendly). Breakfast is served in the nearby bar (the owners Angela and Antonio are truly original and friendly). Also highly recommended because the Vatican is a 15 minute walk away and the 495 and 30 stops (which lead to Piazza del Popolo and Piazza Venezia) are practically in front of the B&B.
