AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! A very fine hotel. Sadly the best room in the hotel, the Executive Suite, was not as advertised, and paid for. The Turkish shower with chromotherapy was non existent. Reported three times to the staff front desk. Not interested at all in trying to do something, anything! Their attitude was simply unbelievable for a room which was costing 550 euros a night x five nights. I have now been wasting two months trying to get some form of communication going with them. Again, they do not respond to my communiques. Thus I do not have any legally binding head office address to try to rectify this discreditable deplorably illegal action on their part, through the cumbersome Italian legal system. I will be pursuing them the best way I can through the flawed Italian judicial system. Best be very wary when dealing with them. They take your monies and are not interested in any form of genuine sincere customer service. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

This is a charming small hotel in an interesting part of Rome. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They responded quickly to any question or concern. We were quite comfortable in our room and would definitely return.

Emplacement idéal, calme et central, personnel vraiment aux petits soins - mention spéciale pour Daniele, encore MERCI, petit déjeuner qui vaut le coup (c est suffisamment rare pour le noter). Les chambres sont très correctes, propres, fonctionnelles.

The staff was friendly. I appreciated that the area was very secure and safe. Offering Kosher options for breakfast helped us tremendously. Great location. Clean rooms. Priced reasonably for all that it offers. When in Rome, I will be sure to stay here again

Unforgivable experience…. Staff so kind , specially Daniele helped us on our journey in Rome, the room was better than a five star hotel , clean and really pretty . We had breakfast in the hotel and the service is been really good. Lovely location right in the city centre close to historical site and nice restaurant. We needed just to walk from there to all the beautiful part of Rome

We spent one night only, enough to evaluate the overall service provided.
Friendly staff, free room upgrade, clean room, adjustable ac/heating, very large variety of food and beverage for breakfast (including kosher options). To my surprise, our TV had an Amazon fire stick plugged in so that we could watch our favorite show as if we were at home (every hotel should follow their example). A Complimentary water bottle was waiting for us in the room, bath robes and vanity sets. The room was quiet and decently soundproof.
Would I recommend this hotel? Yes. Definitely above the average here in Rome city center.

According to our needs, the hotel has an excellent location in a fairly quiet area. In front of the hotel there are several restaurants and in a 10-minute walk you have access to several of the most touristic spots in the city. To put a but on the hotel, our room would have been a 10 if it had had a shower tray.

Wonderful location with lovely rooms. Excellent and friendly staff always on hand to help. A real cute boutique hotel with intimate attention given. Excellent value breakfast with kosher option at no extra cost. Easy walking distance to all major sites.
