We lack information the day before arrival to know how to enter the building. Lack of personalized service. No one to receive us :(!! Breakfast left in the room phew very ordinary…small toast and coffee machine that doesn't work…really inadequate for the amount paid.

I stayed at this property for three nights. Small but welcoming room. The property is located in a strategic area near the metro which allows you to reach the main areas of Rome. Structure always clean and tidy. The staff very friendly and always available.

Structure located in a strategic area. Close to everything. Parking practically next to the structure. Small but comfortable room, super nice Manuela from the first moment. Really nice B&B, in an elegant building 30 seconds walk from the Re di Roma metro stop. Renovated, clean and comfortable environments. Exquisite welcome and availability of the staff, in particular Adriano, who honored us with breakfast which, due to a Booking mix-up, appeared in the reservation even though it had not been requested and paid for by us. What can I say, excellent, highly recommended. We will be back!
