Worst customer service. In particular, the late-night pigtail manager's indifference makes me wonder why he is there.
Also, it is the worst hostel if you include the cockroaches that run around when the lights are turned on at dawn.
This is not recommended as it is an old hotel that does not fit with the long history of Rome. If you like cockroaches and are looking for a cheap hotel in Rome, I won't stop you.
Oh...and there is no refrigerator/water, so keep that in mind too.

The hostel met the description. We passed our check-in time due to flight delay and they welcomed us without problem. Everything clean, the beds comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly. It is very close to the metro station.
