Con amici prenotiamo e paghiamo una quadrupla, per poi scoprire che si tratta di una doppia. Un' addetta, da noi sollecitata, smonta un divano scomodissimo (N.B. NON un DIVANO-LETTO) su cui ho "dormito" con un amico. Chiediamo in reception di portare dei lettini più dignitosi, ma niente. Chiediamo un parziale rimborso e non ci arriva nessuna risposta. Inoltre in bagno la vasca perdeva acqua ogni volta che si faceva la doccia e si allagava tutto, vi lascio immaginare... FORTEMENTE SCONSIGLIATO, soprattutto per l'atteggiamento menefreghista di chi dirige in reception....

Arriviamo alla reception vicino alla stazione lido verso le ore 15 dopo un viaggio abbastanza caldo e lungo e ritiriamo le chiavi. Una volta giunti sul posto entriamo e saliamo le scale apriamo la porta e cominciano i primi problemi. La prima cosa che noto è l'aria condizionata rotta. Il telecomando è accesso ma la stanza non si rinfresca in nessun modo in quanto la macchina è totalmente spenta. Esco fuori e con mio stupore noto che ci sono due macchine esterne fuori una funzionante e una no. Mi rinfrescavo fuori con la ventola della macchina del vicino di stanza che era accesa. Con 38 gradi di fuori direi che è il massimo. Complimenti. Vado per aprire il mini frigo ed è completamente staccato come il cavo della TV. Ora non dico che deve essere pieno di champagne e prosecco ma una bottiglietta di acqua liscia con il frigo attaccato si poteva lasciare? Non vuoi sprecare corrente ok la vogliamo accendere un ora o due prima dell arrivo degli ospiti? Entro in bagno e noto la tavoletta del bagno molto rovinata con il legno usurato. Vado per farmi una doccia e non è presente neanche un sapone per doccia. Ho dovuto usare il sapone delle mani. Anche qui mettere un dispenser ricaricabile era difficile? Vasca poi priva di un qualsiasi appoggio antiscivolo e quindi anche pericoloso. Il balcone non è vista mare ma vista casa del tizio di fronte che ha 5 gatti 3 tartarughe e un cane (le uniche cose belle da vedere). Dormito in maniera discreta tra rumori e caldo asfissiante. La colazione rimane il top di questa struttura. Si scende dalle scale e c'è solo roba dolce. Ne un pezzo di pane ne un qualcosa per chi non ama il dolce (non ci vuole un buffet) Ovviamente se siete intolleranti o altro non saprete mai cosa mangerete e se volete il latte e quello della brocca fine. La cosa più clamorosa è la totale mancanza di ACQUA. Su una tavola con cereali, frutta, yogurt cornetto mancava una brocca o una bottiglia di acqua fresca da bere. Aperto il frigo non c'era assolutamente nulla. Se vuoi puoi bere l acqua del rubinetto della cucina. P.s. Per uscire dalla struttura il bottone dell' uscita e posto da tutti altra parte rispetto alla porta. Se nn c'è qualcuno che te lo dice si fa la caccia al tesoro Totale assenza di personale. Totale 130 Euro. Peggior soggiorno di sempre. Da evitare totalmente.

The structure is very nice and renovated. Check In with key collection to be done in another structure, far from this one where you are staying, which for me that I had the car no problem, but I do not honestly know how those who go to Ostia without a car can do, and then have to bring them back upon check out. 3 keys in the bunch, of which the first to open the external gate which was not the right one, a gentleman came to open the gate manually because it was after dinner and the check in desk was now closed. Room, SEA SUITE, which has nothing but a partial sea view, very pleasant. Mini fridge in the room OFF, I turned it on to cool the water slightly, but then during the night we realized it was very noisy, and we understood why it was turned off when we arrived. Old fashioned shutters that made it impossible to darken the room, we were awake from 6 and we could never go back to sleep again, if you can call it sleep: never found a more uncomfortable bed, thin mattress, slats of the slats moved, one night that was a nigh**are . Then oh well, the other tenants present were not very polite, since when they returned in the middle of the night they thought of making an unimaginable noise, because yes, the walls are really thin and you can hear any noise, we also heard the network of gentlemen upstairs when they turned. Let's also add that in the bathroom there was only hand soap, which we also had to use to take a shower as the shower gel was more than finished. To use the hairdryer, I had to manually keep the plug inserted otherwise it didn't work. Another flaw, breakfast, in the structure there is a sign declaring that breakfast is present in the main room on the ground floor, but we were given a card worth € 5 to be used at the bar next to the structure where we then had to return the keys upon check out. My experience was deeply negative, I will not go back and I do not recommend it.

It looks good on booking sites, but the structure is now obsolete and poorly maintained. They call them luxury suites, but it's all a deception, rooms are better than a hostel. Centralized reception with other structures therefore no on-site assistance. Structure externally dirty and maintained. Luxury room with 8cm spring mattresses ????? Dangerous bathroom window above the toilet. Dirty balcony never cleaned. If you need something, there is no one, if you want an extra pillow you have to make do with the towels. The only positive note is the proximity to the sea and to the clubs. Absolutely to be avoided.

Bella palazzina elegante, con servizi interni altrettanto eleganti. Soggiorno con cucina spazioso, piacevole e ben disposto. Camere belle, pulite e confortevoli ma al primo piano il letto aggiuntivo è un divano scomodo per dormire con affianco il box doccia trasparente. L’appartamento nel sottotetto è carino, nel bagno c’è la vasca idromassaggio. Piccolo lavandino scomodo per lavarsi. Il contesto della location non è un granché ma è vicino alla spiaggia.
