I would say avoid this place at all costs. We arrived and they tried charging us 71 euro of tourist tax rather than the 56 euro that was on our booking confirmation, they said that they wouldn't let us in the room until we pay, bare in mind that we had been travelling all day, we called the owner which hung up the phone in our face, we were sat outside tired and hungry so we had choice but to call *********** and they eventually solved the problem. We went to grab some food and received a message on *********** from the owner of the place telling us that we were stealing money from the Italian government, the extra 15 euros that they were trying to charge us, we didn't bother replying to the message. Now about the room, room was dirty, not toilet paper, no towels shower was broken, hairdryer broken. Unfortunately, there was no other places when we booked our trip ( busy weekend in Rome, Ryder cup) Avoid this place, also the area around isn't great and the nearest Metro is 20 minutes away.

We got there to find out it was not was shown in pictures. The toilet seat was broken off, there is mold around the window, the kitchen counter was cracked in half and the bedding had brown blood colored stains. I ask to only stay foe one night and refind the remainder and they said No.... DO NOT GO HERE.

È molto importante non andare all’appartamento n.7, terzo piano senza ascensore.

Friendliness of the workers in the restaurant that serves the hostel's breakfast, proximity to train and bus lines to Rome, cleanliness of the room. Being a suburb imposes the appearance of the streets but it is a workers' neighborhood, there is a 24-hour carrefour nearby. The application and the owner were not clarified at check-in and we had to sleep on the street the first day, I hope they reimburse me for the amount.
