Pour une nuit de passage à Rome avant de partir sur Florence Emplacement parfait pas loin de la gare et du centre . La chambre est dans un immeuble au calme , dans un ancien appartement divisive en plusieurs chambres avec un accueil en journée structure très répandue en Italie , dans une rue propre et très sur près d’un bâtiment officiel Check in fait via Whatapps hyper simple car notre vol a eu du retard . Check out tout aussi simple . Accès via code chambre hyper propre grande moderne au calme bref excellente prestation. ! Merci ☺️

I had booked 2 nights here and I had emailed to confirm the booking to which they replied saying it was confirmed weeks before. When we arrived I rang them multiple times and no one would answer the phone. Then finally they replied saying that it was cancelled and that I should’ve contacted them sooner to reconfirm the booking. Absolutely no help and they were rude when we asked why we hadn’t been informed that it was cancelled.

We came for a four day trip to Rome and the rooms were really clean and modern. Great value for money, was well worth the price. The service (Andrea) was one of the best experiences I've received from a hotel/apartment - they helped with anything we asked and helped us feel comfortable in Rome. Suggested places to go and things to do which was great. The only thing I would change is more English channels on the TV (maybe a smart TV stick for Youtube or Netflix), however, this was not a big problem as everything else about the room was brilliant. Thank you for such a good stay
